Thank you for taking the time to review our home for other travelers to read. Our cozy fireplace in the great room, and our hot tub on the back patio are guest favorites. We provide comfy throws and fleece wraps to snuggle in whether inside or out. Winter in Suncadia is a delightful season with sledding hill and trails. The best reviews mention coming back again, so thank you for posting that you loved our house plan. Our home is located in the original neighborhood of Suncadia, close to Battista Park, The Lodge, Swiftwater Cellars and the golf courses. Entrance to the timbered trails is right at our driveway so easy to hop on with our bikes, provided at no additional fees, or snowshoes for snowy season, also no charge. Our garage is not used for parking cars, but for parking all of our bikes, ping pong table, shuffle board table, and giant connect 4. It's our official game room and a favorite of our guests. Our driveway will accommodate at least 4 cars, a couple more of smaller size. Suncadia requires all vehicles to be parked on the asphalt of the owner's driveways, to keep the clean look and safety of the Resort, which we all enjoy, but may not realize why. Thank you for your referral to travelers that you recommend our home to anyone. Our home is located in a quiet cul de sac, and it's a perfect place for little ones riding our scooters or bikes to stay close and within view. Our driveway can fit at least 4 large vehicles, and a few more if smaller cars. Suncadia has a parking ordinance that all guests and residents must follow, but, with no parking on the streets or vegetation, it adds to the upscale feel of the beautiful resort and doesn't look like a parking lot of busy weekends. Thank you for caring for our home and following the check out guidelines. The house cleaners said that you left the home in excellent condition. Thank you! In winter, we provide to our guests, all at no charge, snowshoes and snow sleds to enjoy in the resort. You don't have to pack those when you stay with us. We also provide hot tub towels in various colors. In winter, if the roads are clear of snow, bundle up for a bike ride in winter. We would love for you to get outside and enjoy the scenery. Did I mention our bikes are also included? Small details can make a big difference in your experience. Thank you again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for four nights over spring break with our entire family. The home was spotless and incredibly well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed.We loved spending time outside enjoying the fireplace and hot tub, and the location was perfect with easy access to biking and walking paths. It made it so easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings.One of the best parts was that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made the stay comfortable and seamless for a larger group.We made such great family memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

That is such a convenient feature for guests needing to see in the dark. You mentioned our bikes, sleds and snowshoes, which is so awesome. Thank you for your 10/10 rating, caring for our home and for your 4th return visit with us at Christmas! We are honored that you select our home out of all that are available in the resort. Also, thank you for your shoutout about the location of our home in Suncadia. This home is private on a cul de sac, in the original Suncadia neighborhood, very near Swiftwater and Battista Park. With only one other home nearby, it's safe for riding bikes, scooters and playing outside. The trail system is also accessed easily just at the end of the driveway. Suncadia has miles of paved trails, and our bikes and scooters are enjoyed just about every month of the year. We do not charge any extra for our bikes, unlike other homes. Not all vacation rentals are equal in Suncadia, so if you are reading this and have a question, please feel free to message me, the host, and I'll answer it as soon as possible. Thank you for your return visit with us in Suncadia Resort, just an hour or so drive from the Seattle area. Our kitchen is equipped with just about anyone would need to prepare and host a large family meal. We provide all soaps, paper products and garbage bags. Not all homes are equal in value, but we feel that since we do not have any extra resort fees or fees for bikes and snow toys, that our home is definitely one of the best you can find. The house was very well appointed with cozy furnishings, expansive equipment and lovely dishes in the kitchen. Fun snowman decorations added a homey touch. Hop on a bike, or strap on snow shoes and get some exercise with your family and friends. Then come back to the house for a soak in the hot tub, and enjoy an adult beverage all together. This home is just an easy 5 minute walk to our second home, and the close proximity is desirable for large families wanting to rent two homes close to each other. We provide all bedding, towels for the bathrooms, and towels for the hot tub. We also provide basic condiments in our refrigerator, as well as paper napkins and paper towels. We have options for your coffee as well. You'll find a Cuisinart drip coffee maker with a reusable mesh filter, as well as a Keurig brewing system. We also provide an electric kettle, coffee grinder, and a hot beverage carafe. Wine and shot glasses too! Thank you again for your review and we appreciate you staying with us.

The hot tub was a huge success. Everyone enjoyed this experience. It snowed while we were there and the area turned simply magical. We saw deer and even had a sighting of Sasquatch . The home was beautiful and everyone was comfortable. The bonus game room was enjoyed by all. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful place for a family of 11 to gather. Merry Christmas. Guests enjoy gathering together at a destination prior to the big day, and we're happy that our home accommodated your entire family. Yes, I agree that the hot tub is amazing under snowfall, and so awesome that you spied Sasquatch, whoa!! You're the very first guest! Our patio is equipped with the hot tub, patio dining table, fire pit and gas fed grill, among other loveseats and chairs. Plenty of room for everyone! Thank you for staying with us and for caring for our home.

Great property, clean house, and awesome set up. The backyard patio, hot tub and garage (ping pong table, bikes, etc) were great extra features. Would return again!

Great family getaway

We loved our stay in Suncadia and the house was lovely. The home was well supplied with plenty of amenities. The garage game room and bikes got a lot of use during our stay and we would love to come back when our travels lead us to Suncadia.

We want our home to feel inspiring, comfortable and unique for our guests during their visit with us. During Christmas time, we set up seasonal decorations and a Christmas tree for families to celebrate around. Planning a family gathering or reunion around the holidays is a fun way to enjoy other's company without the stress of preparations beforehand. We absolutely loved this place! We had 3 small children and 8 adults and it felt so spacious. They had so many fun stuff for the kids, legos, books, games and bikes. It was a perfect little getaway and will definitely be booking this beautiful home again!

Great time!

Amazing trip. We loved the privacy of the backyard, spent a lot of time out there. Interior of the home is beautifully done, outstanding game room where a lot of competitions took place.

Our back patio is protected by trees that Mother Nature blessed us with, as well as the trees that we planted in between. With a gas fed fire pit, a grill, plenty of seating and table, and a relaxing hot tub, the outdoors is perfect for gathering together and catching up. Our wooded and private home is located near one of the many trail entrances, which makes it easy to access the scenic paved paths throughout the resort. Motorized vehicles of any type on not allowed on the paths. It is only for walkers, runners and cyclists. Thank you for caring for our home and we welcome you all back anytime! Laurie

For guests attending weddings or other events, we provide an iron, board and a garment steamer so you'll look perfect heading out the door. With 2 bedrooms on the first floor, guests that have a hard time climbing stairs will appreciate the ease of accessing their bedroom and bathroom. Suncadia has presented our family with wonderful experiences that we all have shared together; some traveling from as close as Seattle and Lake Stevens, some flying up from Santa Rosa, California and also Lantana, Texas!
