On the main level enjoy all of the comforts of home with a gourmet kitchen, pantry, stainless-steel appliances, and a laundry room. Walk out the sliding doors and relax on the elevated deck while taking in the golf course views.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor master suite has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a TV.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. There is a guest bath with a shower/tub combo outside of the upper floor guest bedrooms.
* Lower floor bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. This room is supported by a guest bath with a walk-in shower off the hallway.
* The lower level has a large entertainment/media room with a large sectional that has a hide-a-bed that pulls out into a queen bed.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.

The garage game room is a fun spot to hang out, watch TV, and play Ping Pong!

The home is off a shared driveway that is fairly steep. Please be prepared with studded tires or chains in the winter months. Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in the over-flow parking lot at the Suncadia Inn.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home.**
