When we arrived there was no reservation for us at the check in area (gated community) which resulted in calling an emergency number and waiting for them to add us to the list before being able to proceed to the house. On night 2, after arriving back to the house at 10pm (with 3 small kids), we were locked out of the house because the key pad was not working. The code for the lock box with the spare key was incorrect as well. We waited for 20 minutes for the “maintenance” man to arrive with no spare key and proceeded to break in the back door of the house to let us in. The keypad was not fixed for the remainder of our stay.The washer was broken, the spin cycle doesn’t work. The dryer exhaust vent was also not hooked up to anything, leaving us unable to do any laundry while there. My mother in law slipped and fell on a massive puddle of water in the laundry room when the washer leaked overnight. In the game room, the pool sticks were broken, and the basketballs were all deflated for the basketball game.The drawer to the left of the kitchen sink was broken and we left the silverware on the kitchen counter our entire stay because the drawer fell out.When I reached out after we checked out to voice my concerns about the issues during our stay, they claimed they can’t do anything since we didn’t report it at the exact moment. They were not apologetic, nor offered any type of solution/resolution. Very bad customer service.
