For context for other guests, this stay was scheduled for the morning after a hurricane made landfall to the east. I called ahead, moved your arrival back a day, and extended your checkout so you wouldn’t lose any beach time. In the chaos of a hurricane, the turnover clearly didn’t get done right. That’s still on us, and I’m sorry you spent your first evening cleaning. I refunded the cleaning fee as soon as you let me know, and I would gladly have covered the supplies you bought as well. That offer still stands. On pets, I want to be clear for future guests: this unit is not pet friendly, and pets are not allowed. What you found should have been caught in the cleaning. On parking, the fee is charged by the condo association, not by us. It’s listed in the house rules, and every guest receives an email about it when they book, so it’s covered twice.
