Broadmoor is a low-density building with only 60 total units, which means you can sit and relax on the beach without massive crowds, enjoy lounging by the pool without being overrun, and no long wait for an elevator. Complex amenities include wireless internet, cable, outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna (his and her), fully equipped fitness room, and tennis courts.

Unit 1101 is located on the east-corner of the 11th floor, offering stunning panoramic unobstructed beach views for as far as the eye can see. You are sure to enjoy the expansive balcony and spacious living area.

The well-equipped kitchen features new stainless appliances and granite counters. The dining table seats 6 plus 4 more at the breakfast nook table, which overlooks the beach.
