Located in Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, this beautiful 540 Square foot Villa is perfect for a small family or couple looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. The second floor balcony offers a view of both the ocean and pool, as well as, offering the soothing sounds of the ocean waves

The space
This Villa will not disappoint! The location is fantastic and is just steps away from the beach, pool, and ocean side bar & grill. The second floor balcony, with all new seating, is the perfect place to unwind, sip your morning coffee, or evening wine, and let the cares of the world fade away.
We offer a private queen bedroom with new mattress and it's own TV, 1 set of adorably themed bunks in the hallway with fun LED lighting (best suited for children under12 size 75” X 25”), and a brand new sofa sleeper. However, the villa is 540 square feet so it is not large. Best suited for couples and small families:) The private bathroom has access from the master bedroom and the hall.
The kitchen has all new appliances and all the necessary amenities to cook or prepare meals. The living room features a brand new 65" TV with cable channels. Free WIFI is also included. All new furniture, flooring, paint and decor. This Villa is located very conveniently to the restaurants at the resort. Jamaica Joez offers outdoor seating poolside with magnificent views of the ocean, as well as, a fantastic variety of food and drinks. Coconutz Sports Bar also has some great outdoor and indoor seating with a beautiful view of the Marsh. You might even catch a glimpse of the resident gator sunning. Another dining option is Gatorz Pizza and Wings, which is a local favorite! There is also an ice cream and slushy stand for an afternoon treat.
The bike paths are gorgeous and endless and there are bikes available for renting right at the resort. The tennis, pickle ball courts, playgrounds, cookout areas, and fully remodeled gym ensure that everyone is having a great time, and of course, there is the beach! We do provide a few essential beach toys and chairs, however, we do not supple beach towels. Come and soak up the sun and the fun .
