The kitchen features modern cabinetry, granite countertops and island bar seating! Step outside the kitchen through glass sliding doors and onto the covered deck with an outdoor dining area, perfect for early morning coffee and family dinners!

Beyond the kitchen is a half bath for convenient access and a bedroom. This first bedroom features a queen size bed, en-suite full bathroom, high-end designer furnishings, and large windows.

The upper level features an open loft space overlooking the living room and double story windows with a desk and sofa seating. An ideal spot to relax and take in the view!

The second bedroom is also located on the upper level, featuring a king size bed, plenty of storage space, an en-suite full bathroom, and large windows overlooking the marina.

The third bedroom is located just off the top of the stairs, offering a queen size bed, beautiful furnishings, large windows, and an en-suite full bathroom.

Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Community pool for Sealoft Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Guests have access to the beaches on Seabrook Island. The closest access point is Boardwalk #2 on North Beach, Oyster Catcher Rd.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
