4 night minimum stay! Welcome to Tranquil Sunrise! If you always dreamed of “wastin away in Margaritaville” this is the perfect vacation spot for you. This beautifully decorated, brand new 3 bedroom and 3 bath luxury condo is located in Margaritaville- One Particular Harbour a gated community on Anna Maria Sound, where it`s always `5 o`clock somewhere.` Wake up in the stunning master suite with views of the sunrise over the calming lagoon facing east and sit out on the large screened in lanai for dinner and drinks after a great day at the beach or head on over to the pool and clubhouse for a grill out to enjoy your “Cheeseburger in Paradise.” Tranquil Sunrise is the end condo unit with complete privacy located directly across from the kids splash pad, clubhouse, public grills, heated pool, and cabanas with picnic tables for you to kick back, relax and enjoy. One Particular Harbour features a brand new state of the art marina with the perfect sunset view as well as boat slips and dry storage. If you are a member of the Freedom Boat Club, you are able to reserve a boat at this location. Along with the marina, One Particular Harbour has recently opened up the brand new beautiful Compass by Margaritaville Hotel and Resort as well as the Floridays Restaurant and Grill which features an outdoor Tiki Bar and is just a short walk from the condo. “Come Monday” you will be happy to have made such great memories throughout your stay at this condo.

Tranquil Sunrise (Come Monday) - An excellent vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Come Monday condo at Tranquil Sunrise. The condo is very nicely furnished and decorated just as pictured. There are all the necessities needed for a wonderful stay. The grandkids enjoyed the beach toys and games. The location is great and a short drive to the beaches. The pool is great and right and right across the unit. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Fantastic location with lots of space

We’ve stayed at One Particular Harbour twice but this is the first time in this unit. The owners were very easy to communicate with and everything we needed for a week long trip was provided. We love having a kitchen when we travel for golf trips and three separate bedrooms/bathrooms means everyone gets their own space! The community pool/playground looked nice but we did not use them. It was an easy drive to the beach and lots of restaurants near by.

Fantastic location and perfect condo!!!

We loved this condo and will definitely return. The location is perfect and quiet. We were right across from the playground and able to walk around to see the water and nature preserve across the street. The beach is SO close and the water is beautiful. The condo kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need. We were able to cook our entire thanksgiving dinner. The set up is perfect for a family plus our parents. We loved the light in the condo and the roku TVs helped with our kids after a long day at the beach.

Great Vacation Spot

We had a few hiccups the first day with getting in through the entry gate, and our AC not working in our unit. But the AC issue was quickly resolved and everything else was outstanding! So clean, and spacious for my family of 4 and my parents. It was so close to the beach and restaurants. It was super convenient to pop into the condo for naps and snacks in between activities. Also, the pool, splash pad, and playground was a huge bonus for my littles! Would highly recommend!!

Great property

The condo was beautiful and looked new. All appliances worked and they had all the things we needed to cook there. Wait was 3 moms and 3 17 year old girls here for soccer at IMG. Excellent location and very easy to get to AMI and IMG. Plenty of room for us and very relaxing. Getting in the first day was a little confusing but worked with owner and was quickly resolved. Small pool area was perfect along with splash pad! Will recommend and definitely go back!

Modern, immaculate and lovely

This condo is in a perfect location- a 5-10 min drive (also walkable and bikable) from Anna Maria Island/Holmes Beach with all the amenities of an upscale gated community with pools and lovely grounds. We came here for the last week of December 2020 and only wanted to stay in a VRBO and not hotel. This unit is brand new and equipped with a totally stocked kitchen - coffee makers, waffle maker, griddle, George Foreman grille and more. In this crazy time of safety and cleanliness, this kitchen was perfect as were the recently updated and upscale bathrooms, bedrooms and bedding and other furnishings. We are experienced VRBO beach renters and we loved this place and proximity to Publix, beach, etc. The owners were receptive and accessible before an during our stay. I plan to stay here again.

Nice condo but a bad week to vacation there

The condo is very nicely decorated and is a corner unit with a nice view. All amenities needed for a week's vacation are provided! The unit contained new modern TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. The location is close to shopping, beaches, a marina, the bay, and restaurants. Unfortunately, early in our stay, there was a lightning strike on the building we stayed in that caused us to evacuate the condo for an evening while firefighters tried to turn off the alarm. We had no use of the elevator for the remainder of our stay. We had limited use of the pool and splash pad due to unscheduled cleaning and scheduled cleaning and issues with the security fobs working on gates throughout the week. While the unit if very nice, we went in knowing we had no use of the covered parking or owner's storage unit, but other vacationers mentioned their unit came with covered parking, beach chairs, bikes, etc. Food for thought in the future. This unit only had one fob which can be problematic if you have multiple adults staying in the unit and want to perform different activities each day as you need a fob to access the property, pool, etc. The owner did check on us after the lightning strike and explained all the issues were outside his control, which we agree with, but limited use of the facility all week was not what we envisioned when we booked this condo.

I appreciate the feedback but why 3 stars for our property?? Especially when the issue you had experienced had nothing to do with the condo itself and was out of anyones control its mother nature. We normally have 2 key fobs at our unit and the reason we don't have covered parking is due to liability reasons as the spots are hard to park in.

Two fine weeks

Our stay was very enjoyable, and we so appreciated the abundantly equipped kitchen and immaculate bed and bath facilities. There was plenty of room for visiting family, and the pool area was conveniently located. Everything we needed for our stay was well provided for. Rambunctious children in the unit above were the only disturbances of peace we experienced, but John was prompt to respond to our calls for assistance. Thank you for a wonderful two weeks at your lovely place!

Nice and Clean

The condo was clean and updated. We had a good week but will try to stay closer to the beach next time. A couple items to know about this property: - It is a great family friendly area. Our kids really enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and playground. -This is a renter/owner complex and it is considered trespassing if you access the owner side, therefore your key fob does not work at the gate right next to this unit. Something to know if you enjoy taking scenic morning walks. You are not permitted to walk the entire complex. You can only walk the renter area which is a small circle around the condos. The owner did say that there were two nature preserves we could walk, one being across the street, which I did not do because of the heavy traffic. - This unit does NOT supply beach chairs so be aware of that. They are extremely costly at all the stores in the area. ($35-$80 each) When talking to other renters in the same complex, our until seemed to be the only one that did not supply at least two beach chairs. - The beds were very comfortable however the window coverings are basically nonexistent and very sheer. The master bedroom has a very bright light directly outside on the street which shines brightly in the room at night. The sun also rises and shines directly into the windows in the morning. May not be an issue if you are used to that....however, we were not. The second bedroom with twin beds has the same sheer window screen and at night the exterior building light from the outdoor hallway is extremely bright and lights the entire room. Our kids had a VERY hard time sleeping. Simple blinds or room darkening window coverings would fix this issue. - We found everyone we encountered to be very friendly and cordial. Again, a very family friendly place. It is off the beach a little ways so it is very quiet.

Fun Beach Condo

We had a fabulous time at this condo. The short drive to the beach was not an issue at all and the condo was very comfortable. The listing is very true to what you receive. There is no odor, everything was clean, the appliances worked well. The only complaint was the neighbors above us were up all hours of the night and smoked on their porch so that meant we smelled smoke on the porch. The outdoor grills were marked as broken on our second day and were not repaired over the nine days we stayed in the condo. That was disappointing. Great place and convenient to everything

This is a really nice property and facility. There was one small issue which was resolved first thing the next morning. Clean, plenty of linens, well outfitted kitchen, firm and comfortable beds. The only complaint we had was the TV. No local channels which meant no access to the big three networks and kept us from watching some sporting events we were following….The Olympics! The Pool Table is the BEST!!! We would absolutely stay there again!

We picked this unit as the view overlooking the lagoon is peaceful and beautiful as you can sit out on the lanai and enjoy watching the variety of birds flying and landing in the water amongst the palm trees. As it is an end unit, there are unobstructed views of the lagoon.

We tastefully decorated our condo with a Nautical theme that compliments the local area. We want our guests to enjoy being here and experience the natural beauty that this seaside community has to offer.
