Newly constructed in 2022, this townhome community is located directly across from the ocean off of A1A. Enjoy privacy in these townhomes with the beach just a quick walk away. Located in peaceful Daytona Beach Shores, Oceans 25 Townhomes are ideally situated. Located a quick drive or walk over is the Shores Community Center which hosts many activities including tennis and pickleball. Oceans Gulf Club is also about a 1 minute drive away. Publix Grocery Store is a 2-3 minute drive away as well as many beach-side parks. Many local restaurants and shops are located within a mile or two of these townhomes as well.
This unique rental property includes two, side-by-side townhomes. Meaning, you receive a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 1 spacious game room, 2 family rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 laundry rooms, 2 private patios, a larger connected yard, and 2 kitchens. This is the perfect space for large groups who also like their privacy.
Each unit provides the best of both worlds even though the floor plans are the same. One unit maximizes the fun with a gaming theme while the other offers the epitome of relaxation and elegance. All of the bedrooms in both units include televisions and are on the second floor with everything else on the first floor.
In the first unit, everything was designed with entertainment, fun, and family time in mind. The garage has been fully converted into a sprawling gaming center. Please note there is not air conditioning in this one space as it is a garage. Included in this space is a bright, leather sectional, large Smart TV, pool table, giant Connect Four, Wall Scrabble, and retro Pacman arcade game. A colorful array of LED lighting lines the entire space to create an amazing atmosphere when the main lights are turned off. Make memories with the whole group in this fun gathering space!
The primary suite holds 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a double vanity, separate water closet, and spacious walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has one queen bed while the second guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds. There is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo between both bedrooms.
In the second unit, the primary suite holds 1 king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a double vanity, separate water closet, and spacious walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms hold one queen bed each. There is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo between both bedrooms.
Heading downstairs in the both units you'll find the half bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms. The kitchens comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlook the dining areas. The living rooms include comfortable furnishings, large smart TVs, and access to the patios. The patios include outdoor furniture and gas grills. You can also use the backyard to go between both units and feel free to spread out enjoy one big yard space between the two units.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
Please note that this townhome can accommodate up to 6 vehicles on-site or the motorcycle equivalent. There's 2, two-car driveways and then 1 two-car garage. We do not allow trailers or recreational vehicles to be parked on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request which can accommodate both trailers and recreational vehicles.
Also to note that regardless of the refund received in the event of a cancellation the booking fee, although nominal, is never refundable.
