We were a family of 5 who stayed for 4 nights and it was a perfect location. Walmart is close as are some quality restaurants. We loved the pool and spa area the best. All of the extras were greatly appreciated like gas grill, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dinner and silverware along with plenty of towels and a blanket if you get chilled. The beds were super comfortable. We highly recommend staying here!!

The property overall was wonderful. Everything was as pictured, beds were comfortable and the house was clean! We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool and the communication the the property manager about it. We would stay here again.

Very happy with our stay, proximity to theme parks is excellent. Beds were comfortable and sheets very soft. We enjoyed the pool day and night, sorry to leave after a wonderful holiday making memories!

The pool and hot tub were a great addition to our stay and gave our boys something fun to do on our down days. We had easy access to groceries, Universal and places to eat. Great neighborhood.

Nice clean house with lots of amenities in a good neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family. Only issue was the hot tub didn’t get hot but probably something we were doing on our end and we did not attempt to contact the owner for further assistance. We had a great stay regardless and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

It does take a few minutes to warm up after its switched on - its not permanently hot. The managers are happy to respond to any issues, even if its just to explain how to work things - so please don't hesitate to call them next time Duncan

When we showed up to the property the grass was over ankle high, the landscaping needed tended to and there were 3 trash cans overflowing with trash. Not a great first impression. The house was clean and neat, but the alarm panel did not set and unset properly causing the alarms to go off and the police to show up. Reported this to the contact person and I told her we wouldn't be using it again. The pool was green and definitely needed cleaned. The pool cleaners showed up on our last two days there to clean it. If these issues had been taken care of I would have given a 5 star rating.

Hi thanks for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the house clean and neat. Apologies for the issue with the pool - we have passed this feedback to the pool guy. As you were informed before arrival, the prior guests over-filled the trash bins but failed to put them out for collection (same day you arrived). Strange that you had issues setting the alarm off - no fault was found, and subsequent guests have not had problems with it. I'll see if I can make the instructions a bit clearer. Duncan

My sister’s weekend at Duncan and Liz property was an amazing experience. Communication was easy with them along with the property manager. We were allowed to check in early, the property was clean and nice. Would definitely book with them again. They are also located about 15mins to Disney without having to get on the highway. They are close to shopping and supermarkets. Easy access to everything.

Loved our stay here! The place was huge and there were 9 of us but it never felt crowded. Loved the tile floors, it was nice and cool! Good location, easy to get to the theme parks and Old Town was just down the road. The place was clean, plenty of towels and a nice kitchen. I don't know if we will ever manage to get together for another family vacation, but if we do we will stay there again! Oh, and we ended up having 5 cars which I was not expecting, but we parked 4 in the driveway and 1 in the garage, so we managed ok.

It was a week spent with family that was most enjoyable partly due to the house and its amenities. Close to all the things we needed. Not too far from the attractions. This is yhe second time we have stayed at this property and look forward to it again. Already talking about returning next year.

We were amazed and pleased with the availability of everyday essentials that were available to us. There was plenty of space for 7 of us to spread out and have time to ourselves but also a table big enough to enjoy dinners together. Any questions and concerns we had were answered within a few hours.

I was concerned when reading the comments. However, none of the negative comments were accurate for our stay. There were zero bugs. The place was clean. The pool was fabulous. Neighborhood felt safe—people were out walking dogs. Towels were plentiful. Giant washer/drier. One note was that they didn’t have any shampoo. Things were not brand new, but everything was clean. I would stay here again. Thanks!

Great place to stay!

Great stay for family and friends! The neighborhood was nice, location was awesome. And the owners and property manager were very attentive! Enjoyed the place!

As stated above it was short and sweet… the house was spacious and the back yard was our favorite area for the family.
