Mi Casa ist wirklich deine Casa! Das Hotel liegt in der Residence La Coccinella, Unit 102-A, in einer der SEHR BESTEN LAGE in Playa del Carmen!

Das La Coccinella ist einzigartig und liegt nur 3 Gehminuten von den feinen Sandstränden entfernt. Weniger als eine Viertelmeile zu den beliebten Strandclubs: Mamita's und KOOL. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants, Cafés, Bistros und erstklassige, traditionelle Geschäfte säumen die 5th Ave. Welches ist gleich um die Ecke von den gesicherten Gateways unserer Komplexe. Eine in der Calle 28 und die andere in der Calle 30. In unserem Boutique-Komplex befinden sich 12 Eigentumswohnungen in Privatbesitz. Zwei 3-stöckige Gebäude mit einem üppigen Garten-POOL-Innenhof in der Mitte stehen sich gegenüber. Alles ist leicht zu erreichen!

Nutzen Sie die Privatsphäre und den Komfort meiner liebevoll eingerichteten Oase als coole Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge und Strandausflüge. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie Erfrischungen, überprüfen Sie Ihre E-Mails (sichere, starke WLAN-Verbindung) auf Ihrer eigenen, abgeschiedenen Terrasse. Da die Wohnung um die Ecke von Restaurants, Geschäften, Bistros, Cafés, Strandclubs und vielem mehr liegt! Alles was Sie brauchen ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Meine Ein-Zimmer-Einheit bietet ein extra bequemes California King-Bett und ist mit allem Komfort von zu Hause eingerichtet. Das zweite Bett ist ein robuster Schlaf im Wohnzimmer. Eine mexikanisch-eheliche Queen-Size-Qualität ausklappbare Matratze.

Das Wohnzimmer ist klimatisiert und das Schlafzimmer ebenfalls. Beide haben auch Deckenventilatoren. Entspannen Sie sich mit gesicherten WiFi-Service überall in meiner Wohnung. Schalten Sie den Flachbildfernseher ein. Es gibt eine Sammlung von Filmen auf DVD oder bringen Sie Ihre eigenen mit und spielen Sie sie auf dem DVD-Player für alle Regionen ab.

In der Küche finden Sie alles, was Sie sich wünschen: Mixen von Getränken, Kochen eines Omeletts, Zubereiten von Toast, Zubereiten eines tropischen Obstsalats oder Vorbereiten Ihrer Steaks für den WEBER-Terrassengrill.

Eine private Terrasse ist ideal, um die Schönheit und den Schutz unseres Innenhofs mit tropischem Garten und Pool zu genießen. Schirm für Schatten rund um einen 4-Polster-Sitz an einem runden Glastisch. (Siehe Fotos der Auflistung)

In diesem schönen Zuhause können drei Erwachsene sehr bequem schlafen. Und befindet sich auf der Garten-Pool-Ebene des Komplexes mit 12 Wohneinheiten. Unser "Original-Playa" -Komplex mit einer Mischung aus europäischem und mexikanischem Stil ist ein hervorragend gepflegter "Klassiker" von Playa del Carmen. Genießen Sie den Blick auf unseren üppigen Gartenpool von den raumhohen, abgeschirmten Glastüren des Wohnzimmers. Fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause!

This was a perfect Hidden little Gem for sure. A/C worked well, clean environment, host and manager very easy to communicate with and the pool was perfect. Construction right beside us did not bother us and they were done by 7 pm every day. Condo right next to 5th ave and a block and a half to the beach. Late night noise from surrounding areas no problem with the windows closed. Love this place. We are definitely coming back!!! So close to everything. We stayed March 10-17 2026. Also very close to everything even groceries. Thank you Antoinette and Aude!!!

Wonderful stay in Playa!

We had a great time at Antoinette's condo at La Coccinela! Wendy, the caretaker was there to greet us and show us around. The condo was perfect for our needs with all the amenities. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Can't wait to go back!

It's an adorable little condo with a great location.

Overall we had a extremely good experience, a couple of minor glitches of no real significance that were handled quickly. The property manager was prompt and efficient - check in and check out were extremely simple.

Peaceful oasis

Very comfortable oasis close to, yet removed from the busyness of Quinte Avenida. Anything one could want is within walking distance of this charming unit. The condo is well stocked for a short or longer stay. Comfortable bed made for great sleeping. We spent 2 weeks and are returning in a month for another stay.

Wonderful private experience!

Loved the little slice of heaven that was our condo in Playa! Thank you so much for all the ease of check in and accommodations! Incredibly convenient to everything and great help in setting up a tour! Renters be aware of 15K use of air conditioning per day or extra charge as it does get hot in Playa in the summer! :)

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. The grounds were beautiful and immaculate. Property manager and owner were both quick to respond to questions. We loved the close proximity to the beach and enjoyed a morning dip. All services, restaurants, shops are within easy walking distance. Many thanks to owner and manager who responded quickly to our lock out incident.

Hidden Serenity in the heart of Playa

Antoinette and her staff were all terrific !! Amazing location in the heart of Playa The serenity of the court yard and pool area was so peaceful. Even with all the hussle and bussel of 5th Avenue at your door step. One city block away from the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean. Nice but noisy

We had enjoyable stay at this centrally located property. Close walking distance to beach and popular 5th ave walking street. Fairly well equipped and all our concerns were addressed promptly. Only issue is really noise from nearby bars/restaurants, street performers etc etc etc. Only quiet time really from 4am to 8:30am, so need to close windows and use air conditioning. This is a property for those who want to party.

3 week stay wonderful!

We had a great 3 week stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for when we cooked, the beach chairs and pool chairs provided were much appreciated! The stovetop was a bit slow to heat up but we managed. Coming back from a short walk to and from Mamitas Beach and relaxing at the beautiful pool and garden was a daily routine and we will miss this! It is fairly close to grocery stores and a short walk to some quaint beach bars! We like to sleep with the windows open and a breeze at night but found 5th Avenue a bit noisy for this unfortunately, until later at night. Thanks Antoinette and staff, we loved your condo!

Cozy condo near the beach, shops, and restaurants

Our entire experience from corresponding with Antoinette, to our arrival at the condo was superb. The property management associates were very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the condo is equipped with all the necessary amenities, and a beautiful pool view from the condo entrance. The entire property is secure and well maintained; during our stay landscapers tended to the grounds and the pool. The restaurants, shops, and beaches are all walking distance from the condo. One essential feature is Wifi, I didn't have any problems with accessibility or connectivity. My husband and I visit the area on an annual basis; this visit was exceptional. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer.

Great location! Steps away from beach!

The apartment was so close to the beach! Only 2 blocks away! And only a half block of the main strip - lots of restaurants, shopping, and taxis. We were very comfortable - nice place. Used the pool and the kitchen most days! The grocery store was a 10 min walk - but there were also some small markets and pharmacy on the main strip. We walked to dinner every night - and great places to eat. Antoinette was very helpful in providing information for our trip and her team in Playa Del Carmen met us when we arrived, showed us around and was available to answer questions. The team also helped us booked some fun excursions! Antoinette and her team also helped us with a few last minute adjustments to make our family trip great!! I hope we can come back again!

Worst Place Ever

As soon as you open the doors the smell of MILDEW hits you, the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a inch of foam on it, the music that played at night was so loud it was like they were playing in the condo. The property manager said she forgot to mention that we should bring ear plugs to sleep. We were so miserable that we came home 5 days early 😢this was supposed to be our 20 year anniversary. We incurred a lot more $$ in Flights, cancel of staying and of course memories with my beloved. This by far is the worse place we have ever stayed.

Our stay was wonderful. This was our first VRBO stay and we hope to come back next year. Antoinette and her representatives are very responsive and welcoming. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. It is clean, well maintained and very well equipped. We felt very safe and secure. All the little extras to make you feel at home are there. It is very well located. The beach is only two short blocks away. We had no problem carrying the beach chairs and umbrella for a do it yourself beach day. We also enjoyed several of the beach bars which were further south on the beach but still within easy walking distance. We were able to walk to the big grocery store. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but we we never bothered by noise. There is a lovely little patio with outside that has some privacy due to the immaculately maintained gardens. The pool was clean and great to cool off in. Thank you Antoinette and Lorena for a great stay!!

Great Condo, Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great to head out for lunch or dinner on 5th Ave. We made breakfast at the condo, and enjoyed the quiet, private patio. The burner was really slow to cook on though. It is larger than the photos make it seem. It was perfect for my husband, 9 month old and myself. We spent a lot of time here, as with a little one it was easier to hang out by the pool. One downside for us was the construction going on above us made it hard to get our LO down for naps. There was banging almost all day for at least 4 days of our 7 day visit. For most people that wouldn't matter as it seems everyone in the complex headed out for the day. Overall, Antoinette, Aude and Lorena were very accommodating. They provided us with a playpen for my LO to sleep, and a kettle for us to prepare bottles. I don't know what we would have done without this. It was perfect for us! Thank you!

Location, location, location

We were at this house from Jan 29 to Feb 12, 2011. First, the agent, Lorenzo, gave us a warm welcome, and made sure we had everything we needed. i'd say the biggest advantage of being in this condo was the location. A little 1 min walk and you are on the beach! We saved a lot of money by going for lunch at the condo and go back to the beach. Even though it is located at the corner of 5th street, the place is very quiet, since it is a private yard surrounded by walls, so you don't hear anything at night. We absolutely loved it! The place was clean, the price was good and we had everything we needed (water, etc). Don't expect a five star condo, it is not a luxirious palace like other places in Playa, but it is perfect for people who are looking for an unexpensive, clean and confortable place to stay, that is close to everything. Plus the service (both owner and agent), is very friendly and good. I'd say the kitchen stove and equipements are not made to cook a huge dinner, but convenient to make a small meal for 2. I'd recommend this appartment to anyone!

¡Perfecto!

Words could not even begin to describe how perfect staying here was! You are very close to the beach and a few feet away from 5th Ave, but somehow when you are back in the courtyard you feel very secluded from everything. Antoinette, Maeva and Aude were extremely helpful in answering all of our questions being our first trip to the area, as well as a last minute weather check in the day before we left. The pool is refreshing on the warm days and very private. They also have a safe in the house to lock up any personal items as you need to. Maeva also was so helpful in booking any excursions to Chichen Itza, which picked us up right outside our place. They also have a binder with other excursions and things to do if you are unfamiliar with the area. There is even a small car rental place right outside on the street if you decide to drive yourself anywhere as well which is very convenient. Taxis are also just all around also. Playa del Carmen is a beautiful city and we absolutely fell in love with it. Everyone is so wonderful and we are looking forward to coming back! We will be definitely be staying here on our next trip. Thank for making the vacation of our dreams.

Welcome to Paradise! I bought this property because I LOVED its ideal location. Secondly, because of the complexes sanctuary-like garden pool courtyard and our three level building's Italian-influenced architecture. Very unique and classic in the best of ways. A stand out gem---particularly with Playa's over-developed amount of cement and glass complexes.

I was looking for a second home, where scuba diving is abundant. A property with a future value and worth that would hold its own. It has!

La Coccinella, our complexes name, was so unique, compared to most other properties in 2003. There was nothing else like it! And it has retained its beauty and original features as Playa del Carmen grew up all around us. La Coccinella stands out as an architectural gem in the midst of a more modernized town.

Its captivating appeal, attracted tourist into our courtyard so often that we ( the condo owners) invested in artisan crafted metal-work gates. That secure our two private gateway entrances, Calle 28 and Calle 30.

I fell in love with our lush garden/pool courtyard that continues to flourish. As well as the signature yellow coloring of the two three-story/6-units each buildings. A boutique twelve condo complex. And I can't wait (but will because it'll be very soon!) for my next visit to stay in my own little unique piece of paradise! ;-D

Location indeed... Our garden courtyard continues to be a flyway stop for a variety of migrating birds. Unique in their coloring:, red and yellow and blue plumage, these rare birds occasionally take temporary refugee in our garden's trees. When lucky enough to have a sighting I again give thanks for being a steward of this sanctuary-like property.

The view out of my living room's floor-to-ceiling double doors, particularly at night, continues to delight me. Our pool lights glow and illuminate the crystal clear pool water. Tinted light blue by the pool walls reflection. Gorgeous. I've often sat outside on my beautifully tiled front steps just to take it all in. Sometimes glancing up at the star lit sky. Or a Full Moon . . .

This home is a magical gift that continues to give me great joy after 18 years of ownership. I feel lucky and very blessed to have been guided to this very special place.

Waking in the morning to birds chirping, calls me to rise and head to the quietness of the sandy beach. Walking is a favorite exercise for me, so heading to the beach or the empty avenues and streets of Playa are always a favorite way to begin each day. Often to return home and jump in the pool for a few laps and water yoga. Then a scrumptious breakfast at my patio umbrella shaded setting.

If it's an excursion day, I feel fortunate to have an off-street parking spot. With a rental car waiting just outside the Calle 28th gate. I usually head south, toward cenotes, Akumal, Tulum beaches---and though it's been a while, as far as Majahual. Looking forward to going there again soon!! Or west, to catch the ferry over to Isla Holbox, out of the tiny town of Chiquilá. Playa del Carmen is truly the perfect home-base.

I've grown accustomed to enjoying my home-away-from-home. With all of its truly unique benefits! I believe YOU will too!
