My husband and I stayed for 3 nights before we headed to a nearby resort.
The property was very clean, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. I did bring my own bedding because I find most rentals use polyester bedding which I find too hot. This is just a mention for others that may be as "particular" as me:).
The location was wonderful. Right around the corner there is a beautiful, modern supermarket. We would buy gaucamole made to order, sometimes two, and indulge throughout the day. The rooftop pool was amazing to enjoy a beautiful breakfast or lunch that was picked up from the supermarket. Their fresh squeezed juices and croissants were spot on! The main walkable street is one block and the beach is 2 blocks away.
It should mentioned there is construction right across the street. Honestly it didn't bother us at all. It was quite interesting to watch. All the workers were very courteous, and would stop what they were doing, and allow you to walk by. It was only during daytime hours that there was "some" noise. Nothing terrible.
The building always has a person "manning" the front desk. They were very friendly, and helpful.
We highly recommend this property, and hope to stay again in the future. The only issue we had was trying to find the property in the night when we first arrived. The property manager, Ivan (wonderful to deal with), had to speak to our taxi driver directly because it's tucked away in a dead end street.
