Das Isla Vista verfügt über drei wunderschöne Suiten mit jeweils einem kalifornischen Kingsize-Bett und zwei Suiten mit separatem Balkon und Terrasse im Haupthaus sowie zwei weitere Suiten über der Garage.

Das Great Room verfügt über einen formellen Essbereich sowie eine schöne offene Bar mit einem neuen Unterhaltungszentrum, einem 46-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und einem kompletten Heimkino-Audiosystem. Dieses 5.000 Quadratmeter große Haus verfügt über 5 Master-Suiten, die sich ideal für bis zu 5 Paare eignen.

Die Gourmetküche ist großräumig, gut ausgestattet und öffnet sich zur angrenzenden Galerie für informelle Abendessen am Pool. Es gibt auch einen separaten Grillraum mit einem 42 'Alfresco Gasgrill. Die Villa verfügt über einen vollständigen WLAN-Zugang für Ihren Computer sowie BOSE-Musikstationen in der gesamten Villa für Ihren iPod und Außenlautsprecher rund um den Pool.

In dieser wunderschönen Villa wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet. Sie verfügt über Travertin-Marmorböden, gewölbte Zypressen-Decken, Mahagoni-Türen, Fenster und Schränke, Marmor- und Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Bronze-Armaturen, hochmoderne Edelstahlgeräte und kundenspezifische Beleuchtung .

Isla Vista was even better than we had expected! It was the perfect place for our family to relax, unwind, and spend quality family time together! The house is stocked with everything we needed plus more. The location was perfect—a super quick drive to Cruz Bay and Mongoose Junction and close to the beaches, not to mention the views and unbelievable sunsets!!! The evening breezes kept bugs away while we enjoyed the beautiful pool! Megan and Dan were great to work with. We will be back!

Incredible Views!

Our family of seven (adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Isla Vista. The property was perfect for taking in all the beautiful views of the island and relaxing by the pool. We hired a chef (Dive In) for dinner who was recommended by Megan. The dinner was the highlight of our trip! Hot tub was not functional, which was a bit disappointing, but still has a great time. Highly recommend!

The property was absolutely amazing. The views are stunning and the home is lovely...like staying in the home of friend instead of rental. Megan, the property manager, was very accommodating and helped with groceries, recommendations for chefs and water transportation. Communication was always efficient and timely. Hard to put into words how beautiful this property is. The pictures were wonderful online, but when we walked onto the property, it was even more grand and gorgeous than we ever imagined. Gorgeous home, close to Cruz Bay

This home is really best of both worlds - close to Cruz Bay (5-10 min drive) and all its bars/restaurants/shopping/tours an un beatable view in a quiet home that feels very private. The home was clean, stocked with everything you could need, and the concierge team is A. They sourced a pack and play for my 9 month niece, met the grocery delivery before we arrived to put provisions away, met us at the car ferry to take us to the home and explain all the tech/AC/etc. and consistently remained in touch throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Definitely will return!

Gorgeous house in the perfect location

We traveled to St John to escape the Boston winter and this house in Cruz Bay was perfect. We were a group of 4 adults and two teenagers and we had plenty of room in the house…in fact, we had an empty bedroom which was a king suite.The house and location are spectacular. Honestly, I don’t think the pictures do the place justice…it’s better in person. Bedrooms are perfect. Kitchen is perfect. Living room is perfect. Pool area is perfect and the views are also perfect. Dan and Megan were extremely helpful and quickly answered any questions we had about the house or the island. Highly recommend St. John and this property.

Our family has been vacationing on St John for more than 20 years. Isla Vista is the best property that we’ve ever rented. Best location, best view, immaculately clean and comfortable. 60th Birthday Celbration

Took my wife, kids and significant others to St. John for a week and was looking for a property that would make the week memorable. This property hit it out of the park. Quite frankly, the pictures and VRBO description don't do it justice. It was very well equipped, clean and simply a pleasure to stay in for a week. The only noice to speak of was the occasional rooster crowing! Very private as well. Stay here if you can!

Last minute Spring Break getaway

The pictures of this gorgeous property do not do it justice. The house is absolutely beautiful and decorated tastefully with everything you could possibly need for an amazing vacation. The pool is just as wonderful being that it is always welcoming with warm waters. Above all else you will not find a more exquisite view than the one from the back patio. It is just breathtaking… and to top it all off Megan and Dave are the best host we have ever come across. There was nothing they couldn’t handle and nothing they didn’t offer to take care of. If I texted about something or needed/wanted something it almost magically appeared. They are top notch for sure. I would recommend them and this house over and over again. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me and my family and for sharing this magnificent home with us.

Breathtaking Views from the Pool Deck

We just returned from an amazing 8 night stay at Isla Vista. As previous reviewers have described, the house is very well-appointed and comfortable. We ate dinner at the house 4 of the nights, and you have everything available "just like home", if not better in some cases. And as others have commented, the communication with Megan before and during the trip was so helpful and stress-relieving. The pre-trip phone call was particularly appreciated, so Megan could hear what we've done before, and what we wanted to do, so she could make suggestions. She's a great resource to use...and thanks to her husband Dan for all the heavy lifting (trash pick-up; move-in instructions; etc). Lastly, at least for our family, the highlight of the house by far is the pool and pool deck area. The ~180 degree views were better than expected (and I had high expectations), the pool temperature was absolutely perfect; we found ourselves allocating a few hours in the day's activities to get back to our pool for a happy hour swim with the Sonos speakers rocking. We ate all of our meals out on the table, watching the sunset. I had coffee on the pool deck every morning. You get the picture...we'll never forget those breathtaking views. Best Sunset Location

The house was perfect for our family! The kitchen is perfect had everything we needed. Plenty of dining spaces inside and outside. We had 5 adult children and 3 adults. We loved the easy access into Cruz Bay every evening or just a short coffee run. It is also close to the National Park dock to catch your chartered boat for the day. Our taxi driver Chico was recommended and he was so reliable. Nothing beats the sunset from this house! The house managers were very responsive to any question we had.

Beautiful Villa , Wonderful Location , Amazing Views

We enjoyed staying at " Isla Vista" The Pool deck over looks St. John, St. Thomas and surrounding Islands. Day or Night the views are great. The Villa is just minutes from town and in a very convenient location. We had Green Parrots go by the house every evening, Deer in the driveway and Iguanas in the trees. The House Managment was very responsive, helped with local knowledge and even assisted with Boat Charters and ScubaDiving . Both are highly recommended.

Would not stay anywhere else

What an incredible property! We have been to St. John’s several times and have stayed in some nice locations, but this was perfect. Close to everything and far enough away to feel like you are the only ones on the island. The pool was the highlight of the trip. We came with three of our teen/20’s children and our best friend couple. Everyone had their own space. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. But when we did come together to make dinner, it felt close, but enough counter space for everyone to work their own station. My only complaint was my lack of being able to figure out the cooktop. It took me several tries to figure it out, but I finally got it. I’m just used to gas. The management was very helpful and communication was simple and they even checked on us during our stay. Will be back as soon as we can! Thank you so much for a perfect stay.
