Located in the exclusive gated community of Peter Bay, Villa Delfina is a spacious ultra-luxury executive five bedroom villa. With over 11,000 square feet of living space and furnished terraces, it is the perfect choice for idyllic family gatherings, friends gatherings or romantic occasions. All rooms being en suite and private.

This villa is one of the few homes in the area that offers ~PRIVATE SHORT WALK BEACH ACCESS~ nestled between Trunk and Cinnamon Bay. Here at Peter Bay you can enjoy world-class snorkeling and see a wide variety of marine life in a very private setting.

Delfina's traditional West Indies Home with a updated flair makes it a unique and authentic Caribbean villa. All five bedroom suites have their own TV, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, en-suite bathroom, outdoor shower, private balcony and of course... stunning Caribbean views all around. The villa accommodates parties of up to 10 Guest. Potential additional Children upon approval.

The main level of the house blends indoor and outdoor living with large disappearing glass doors and a connected large covered lanai. There is a large formal dining area for up to 12 guests that connects to the gourmet kitchen and the outdoor barbecue and additional outdoor dining area. There is high-speed Internet throughout the interior of the villa as well as outside areas and the villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

The outdoor area is a tropical paradise where you can spend the day sunbathing, cooling off in the swimming pool, lounging in the garden hammock under palm tree shade, enjoying some spa time in the hot tub, or a simple game night/movie night in the comfortable outside patio. The main level has a large screen TV allowing you to stream in paradise.

We are excited for you to experience the stunning panoramic views of the turquoise blue ocean, Cinnamon and Maho Bays, fresh breezes and the surrounding islands including the British Virgin Island of Tortola here at Villa Delfina.

What a great house - hated to leave! Plenty of room for a large family gathering (we had 11) and an extraordinary view. The house manager was great with helping us organize in-house catering, scheduling a boat tour and making dining reservations. A vacation we'll not forget!

The owner was and has been delight Facilities were great, dw detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags were scarce. Beach chairs were great and plentiful, kitchen tools and equipment was very nice too. Didn't use basement - my son did some workout there but that was all.

Villa Delfina

Great house for our family stay. Perfectly situated between best snorkeling bays, reasonably close to CruzBay and Coral Bay. House is very well maintained and managed. You won’t find better views and a better house layout.

Fabulous house with view!

The house was great and accommodated all 14 of our family: 10 adults and 4 children ages 1-10!! Great view, plenty of room, well equipped and beautiful!!

Incredible Home, View, and Amenities

This house is amazing for all ages. The view is as good as it gets. We went with 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 9, 7, 4, and 3, and we all had the best week!

Absolutely stunning property!

This place is THE place to stay if you’re in St John! The house is gorgeous and we loved the bedrooms with the outdoor showers with views! Sunrise from the balcony was amazing! The house is very clean and just a quick drive to town. You can also take a short walk down to the beach. Everything about this property was perfect!

Top-notch villa in Lower Peter Bay

The nine of us spent a fun week here in April. The five bedrooms slept us comfortably. We really liked that the 4 (non-primary) guest rooms were all identical, with king beds, bathrooms and balconies, so nobody got stuck with an inferior room. The kids really enjoyed the glorious sunny infinity pool overlooking Cinnamon Bay. The location right in the park made for much less driving around than past years. We also checked out the short walk down to the private beach, which was nice. We would definitely return here. Thanks Shanna and team.

Paradise on Peter Bay

When you travel with a group of 10 who come with a wide range of needs and expectations for an island vacation the lodging has to be flawless. Well guess what - Villa Delfina and its manager, Krista Kremer were just that. The house was perfect for family-style fun and games as well as solitude in the hammock or hot tub. Peter Bay itself is nestled right between several of the best beachfront snorkeling spots that we visited. Hawksnest, Maho and Cinnamon Bay were spectacular. Our private beach had sea glass and beautiful shells. We will be back...

The view is incredible!

Our group of 19 had two villas rented. Delfina was the largest of the two. The most beautiful home! We had a problem with the new A/C system but the manager and owner both jumped in to handle it. They figured out how to change the settings and even brought us some cold beverages and a bottle of Prosecco for our trouble. We have loved every second of our graduation celebration at Delfina. Nights around the pool table trash talking was b other, days on the beach or by the pool. Just incredible. I would also HIGHLY recommend Erin Durrell of Coral Bay Catering. The food always left us stuffed and speechless. So delicious!

Even better than the photos!

I was beyond ecstatic when I found this property was available (we lost our previous accommodations due to a maintenance issue and almost had to cancel the trip). My spouse, two other couples and two teenagers shared the home and there was plenty of space for all of us. The photos really do not do the views justice. Every room has a stunning view. The kitchen is very well appointed-- we even hired a chef for one evening. The bedrooms are spacious and the showers in each room are really wonderful. The teens enjoyed the downstairs area while the adults found ourselves mostly gathered by the pool and outdoor bar. It was also an easy walk down to the private beach. The home was spotless. Dan was very communicative (as was the owner Bob). Krista was a delight and helped get us checked in. She also is a massage therapist and I highly recommend booking her while you are there. I am so happy that we found this villa and I am planning on booking us again next year for a longer stay!
