The Space:

This Villa is elegantly situated on a hill above the turquoise waters of Rendezvous Bay, offering stunning views from St. John to St. Croix. The villa's exceptional design features a spacious floor plan, beautiful lighting, and high-end finishes across its four pavilions, all connected by generous outdoor living spaces, a sparkling pool, and lush tropical gardens.



This luxurious property includes six large bedroom/bath suites, ensuring privacy for all guests. Two suites are located at pool level, three on the garden level, and one above the grand veranda. Each suite is tastefully furnished, fully air-conditioned, and equipped with Smart TVs. The bathrooms feature double vanities and granite-tiled showers, with unique offerings like an alfresco shower in the Orange suite and a bathtub in the Pink suite.



The main level houses the expansive Great Room, complete with two seating areas and a 62" Smart TV. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a large variety of cookware, and sliding glass pocket doors that connect to the outdoor kitchen. This alfresco dining space boasts a professional gas grill, a second oven, an icemaker, and ample countertop space.



With an abundance of outdoor seating and lounging areas, this villa's outdoor living space is truly the heart of the home, providing breathtaking ocean views and an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.



Guest Access:

Upon arrival at the villa, the house manager will greet you, provide a tour, and answer any questions about the property and the island. Arrangements will be tailored based on your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with St. John.



The base price accommodates up to six guests for 3 Bedrooms with an additional fee of $100 per person per night for extra guests. Each room is based on double occupancy. Please note that during the Christmas and New Year holidays, there is a minimum stay of seven days, and the dates cannot overlap both holidays. A ten-day minimum is required for bookings that cover both holiday periods.



Getting Around:
