The Horizon Hut would not exist without the help of our dad. He passed away a few years ago and left us so much of himself. We are making memories the way he would want us to. I am one of his daughters, Victoria Tong, and my husband is co-owner of the property, Lewis Tong. We are a family of 4 with 2 pups! When you’re connecting with us, you’re connecting with we! We- Lewis & Victoria, & Vanessa are husband/wife duo. You'll have three hosts to help you in enjoying your stay in PCB!

Expect sun/rainy days. Whether the weather is cooperating or not, there is plenty to do: Pier Park, Shell Island, and Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage and Dinner Show. PCB has a lot to explore! Although we would love to waive a magic want to make the clouds go away, we can't. So unless there is a national weather evacuation, none of the unpleasantries of weather upsets will constitute a refund or a bland review.

Because this is Florida, you will encounter wildlife. Palmetto bugs, sharks, jellyfish, sand flies, mosquitos, etc. Our community, Horizon South, gets bug sprayed every month. Yes, our condo is included in that spray. So if you see something, say something. None of the wildlife encounters will constitute a refund or a bland review, so remember to keep the patio door closed and the kitchen clean to avoid any extra "guests".

There is a colony of cats that live close to the property. Please don't feed them or touch them. They are unkempt and could contain all sorts of diseases.

There are charcoal grills around the grounds of the complex. There is also a laundry mat on the grounds. Feel free to use any of the available amenities. Some of those amenities will require you to show ID (the gym). That is so our equipment can stay fresh and new.

Our cleaner is awesome. She takes videos of her clean after every turn over. This is to ensure that we are covered in terms of cleanliness standards. Our mattresses do have mattress protectors. We do take our reputation seriously, and she likes that you appreciate the cleanliness of the place.

You be awesome Guests, and we will be awesome Hosts. If you are going to rate below a 5, you should have already: 1) reached out to your Host for whatever it is you want tended 2) Read all of the literature before/during booking to avoid any confusion. We will not rebook you for a discounted rate should you rant online AFTER your stay.
