Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are issued to the confirmed guest when a cancellation request is submitted in writing within the applicable refund period stated at the time of booking. Refunds will be issued minus applicable booking platform fees and payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe/credit card fees).
House Conduct
No gatherings, events, or additional guests are permitted without prior written approval. Any unapproved gatherings or vendor activity may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Alpine Ridge Manor offers two corporate/business event packages and two wedding packages for approved events. All events beyond standard overnight accommodations require prior written approval, an additional contract, and may incur fees of up to $2,000 per night. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience while preventing unexpected issues. Please reach out in advance so we can help plan every detail.
Corporate/Business Event Packages
Day Retreat Package (No Overnight Stay) – $2,000/day (8 hours) for up to 10 daytime visitors. Additional guests are $50 per person, per day. External vendors are $250 per vendor, per day.
Overnight Guest Add-On – $500/day for corporate or business use during your overnight stay, covering up to 10 additional daytime guests (beyond your standard accommodation rates). Additional guests and vendors follow the same policies as the Day Retreat Package. Accommodations are billed separately.
Corporate/business events are for professional use only—no loud music or celebratory activities are allowed. An in-house coordinator or concierge is required for all events.
Wedding Packages
Small Ceremony Package – $2,000 for 4 hours, plus cleaning fee, $2,000 refundable security deposit, and $250/day per external vendor (pre-approval required). Includes an in-house event coordinator.
Elopement Package – $1,000 for 2 hours, plus cleaning fee and the same deposit/vendor policies as above.
All weddings are small, intimate ceremonies capped at a total of 50 people, including overnight guests and daytime visitors, with all activity ending by 9:00 PM. Reception-style events, amplified music, and DJs are prohibited. Guests must provide liability insurance, follow vendor guidelines, and use pre-approved or in-house vendors whenever possible. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay, loss of deposits, and reporting to booking platforms.
Renters must be at least 25 years old, with ID verification required before arrival. Quiet hours are 9 PM Sunday–Thursday and 10 PM Friday–Saturday; all outdoor amenities, including the hot tub, close at these times. Only registered guests are allowed unless prior written approval is given; any gatherings, events, business use, or additional overnight guests require written approval and an additional contract.
The hot tub is for registered guests only—shower before use, keep the cover on when not in use, no glass nearby, and no use after quiet hours. Use is at your own risk. Pets may be allowed with prior approval and fees, must be supervised outdoors, crated if left alone, and kept off furniture without protection.
Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, street parking, and professional/commercial photography or filming without permission are prohibited.
Inflatables, portable or above-ground pools, splash pads, slip-and-slides, and similar water play equipment are not allowed for safety and liability reasons.
Guests must respect the neighborhood, care for the property, follow all check-out procedures, and report any damage immediately. Any violation of these rules or unsafe use of the property may result in immediate removal without refund, loss of deposits, and/or reporting to booking platforms. Guests assume all liability for injuries or damages resulting from their own actions or the actions of their invitees during their stay.
