The VR roller-coaster simulator uses flashing lights, motion effects, and immersive visuals. Guests with a history of seizures, motion sensitivity, or light sensitivity should use caution and consult a medical professional before use. Adult supervision is required for children.

• 4-Player Arcade Cabinet:
While the arcade cabinet includes 3,000+ games, the majority are designed for 1–2 players. A selection of games does support 3–4 players.

The home includes three washer/dryer sets, so you can focus on enjoying your stay and time together.

★ HOUSE RULES ★
1. NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Registered and Approved guests only. No parties/events. Maximum occupancy is 24 guests unless you’ve received prior approval, and the extra guest fee has been paid if applicable.

2. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (use of outdoor amenities such as decks, patio, hot tub, sauna, and any other outdoor areas is not allowed during this time frame). Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times, including daytime noise levels.

3. SUPERVISION: Children must be supervised in the game room and when using the VR simulator, arcade games, hot tub, and sauna. Use amenities as intended and report any issues promptly.

4. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUG USE: Smoking or drug use indoors is strictly prohibited. If you smoke outside, please do so down below on the patio and dispose of cigarette butts properly. A $1,000 minimum fine will apply if smoke remediation is needed or cigarette butts are found.

5. AMENITY USE (HOT TUB, SAUNA, FIRE TABLE, GAME ROOM):
•Hot tub & Sauna: No glass in or around the hot tub or sauna. Please shower before use. Children must be supervised at all times.
•Fire table: Must be turned off when not in use. Do not leave the fire unattended.
•Game room: The VR simulator uses flashing lights, motion effects, and immersive visuals. Guests with light sensitivity, seizure history, or motion sensitivity should use caution. Adult supervision required for minors.

6. PARKING: We allow a maximum of 8 vehicles to be parked at the home. Guests must park only in the six designated off-street parking spaces or in approved street parking. Approved street parking includes not blocking driveways or sidewalks, and not parking in front of mailboxes or neighboring homes.

Please note: The City of Draper prohibits street parking from November 1 through April 30 between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, or anytime snow is present on the street. Guests are responsible for complying with city parking regulations. Violations, citations, or towing are the guest’s responsibility.

7. PETS: All pets must be included in your reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
