Welcome to your Kicking Horse Lodges Mountain getaway! This well-appointed 2 bed, 2 bath condo with 360 views is ideal for 1 or 2 families—and offers year-round fun at Granby Ranch!

Walk 150 yards to the ski hill. Hike and bike out the front door. See fall colors from your balcony. Listen to the frogs in spring. Enjoy the quiet away from the bustling base area, but access the restaurant, cafe and events when you want, as they're all less than a mile away. Golf & fishing? Just a 5-minute drive!

The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including high-end mattresses, a jetted bathtub, fireplace, cable and smart TVs in every room, a big comfy couch with recliners and even a computer monitor for those who want to work remotely. The condo includes a stylish dining area, foldable kids table with 4 chairs, a Summer Pop ‘N Sit portable high chair/booster seat, washer and dryer, a cozy living area with ample room for your group and a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need for cooking and baking, including all the utensils, full-size appliances, slow cooker, outdoor/indoor grill and a Keurig coffee, cappuccino and latte machine.
The upgraded finishes and relaxing furnishings provide a homey feel to this mountain retreat.

There is ample free parking on the property and multiple amenities, including a free hot tub steps away from the condo — plus access to the Granby Ranch Hall’s outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, ping pong and foosball for a guest access fee of $10/person/day (children 8 and under have free access).

Want to leave the condo? Enjoy the restaurants, brewery and shops in downtown Granby, renowned snowmobiling access across Grand County, nordic and outdoor activities at Snow Mountain Ranch or Devil’s Thumb Resort and all the boating, skiing, festivals and more at Winter Park, Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park — all less than 30 minutes away!

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, all living spaces; sleeping areas and balcony are available for your full use.
Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.

Summit Time Vacation Rentals is available if you need us, feel free to reach out through the Airbnb platform.

Grand County is located in the heart of the Rockies and as a whole is a gem. It has a friendly, local atmosphere and plenty to explore. During the summer season, there are music, art, and food festivals aplenty. Come winter we are host to world-renowned skiing and other outdoor snowy activities like snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, and dog sled rides to name a few.

During the winter months, we recommend accessing the property with an all-wheel or four-wheel drive as mountain roads can be snow-covered.

- A $35 non-refundable credit card processing fee will be charged at the point of reservation.

- This is a non-smoking property. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges and forfeiture of your security deposit. You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises without a refund. Smoking outside is permitted, but all smoking materials must be picked up and disposed of properly.
- This property is in a residential area, so please respect the neighbors and their property. Please be discreet and appropriate with your activities, noise level, and parking so as not to inconvenience the neighbors.
- No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted; excessive noise, parking violations, or trespassing may result in neighbor complaints and police action. You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises without refund in the event of police action or neighbor complaints.
- Quiet hours are between 8:00 pm and 9:00 am
- No refunds will be given for storms and/or bad weather.
- Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four-wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
- In the event you are locked out of the property, please contact us.
-Towels and linens are provided. You are responsible for the replacement cost of any missing items.
- The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises.
- There are often animals in the area, including moose, elk, bears, mountain lions, and foxes. Do not approach or feed the wildlife. Supervise children outside. Do not leave food outside.
-No pets allowed! You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises with an additional fine of 500$. If you have a severe allergy to animals, we take no responsibility for any particle traces of animals that might be found in or around the property.
-A starter consumable pack will be provided for each booking and the price is included in your cleaning fee.
