3 BR Private Mountain Retreat

Our home is a perfect mountain getaway, year-round. Hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing & sledding right outside the front door! Spacious, newly-renovated, stand-alone home with plenty of daylight. It features three large bedrooms and two and a half baths. Our lovely home is in an ideal location, only a 3-minute drive to Granby Ranch Ski resort and 18 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Ideal for families or large groups sleeps up to eight.

This spacious home has everything you need for comfortable stay, updated finishes, tasteful furniture and modern electronics. The house includes a spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. It’s warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a creative, homey touch to this mountain retreat. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and baking, including all the utensils and full-size appliances.
In the evenings gaze at the stars and feel free to use the telescope provided in the main level living room. For those nights where you feel like staying in, there is a game cabinet and lending library, as well as area maps and reference guides for you to explore in a separate hangout zone with comfy recliners.

Sleeping arrangement:
-Master bedroom features a king size bed
-2nd bedroom features 2 Twin XL beds that can convert into 1 king bed
-3rd bedroom features a queen size bed and twin over full bunk bed with stairs

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, all living spaces and sleeping areas are available for your full use.
Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.

Grand County is located in the heart of the Rockies and as a whole is a gem. It has a friendly, local atmosphere and plenty to explore. During the summer season, there are music, art, and food festivals aplenty. Come winter we are host to world-renowned skiing and other outdoor snowy activities like snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, and dog sled rides to name a few.

Driveway could accommodate 2 cars.
During the winter months, we recommend accessing the property with an all-wheel or four-wheel drive as mountain roads can be snow-covered.

Your reservation total includes all applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and Accidental Property Damage Protection.

- A $35 non-refundable credit card processing fee will be charged at the point of reservation.
- To book you must be at least 25 years old
- This is a non-smoking property. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges and forfeiture of your security deposit. You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises without a refund. Smoking outside is permitted, but all smoking materials must be picked up and disposed of properly.
- This property is in a residential area, so please respect the neighbors and their property. Please be discreet and appropriate with your activities, noise level and parking so not to inconvenience the neighbors.
- No parties, events or large gatherings are permitted; excessive noise, parking violations or trespassing may result in neighbor complaints and police action. You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises without refund in the event of police action or neighbor complaints.
- Quiet hours are between 8:00 pm and 9:00 am
- No refunds will be given for storms and/or bad weather.
- Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four-wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
- There is a garage for 2 vehicles.
- In the event, you will be provided a set of backup keys upon check-in and you are responsible for lost keys. In the event keys are not returned, you are responsible for the cost of re-keying locks and replacing keys.
- In the event you are locked out of the property, please contact us.
-Towels and linens are provided. You are responsible for the replacement cost of any missing items.
- The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises.
- There are often animals in the area, including moose, elk, bears, mountain lions and foxes. Do not approach or feed the wildlife. Supervise children outside. Do not leave food outside.
-No pets allowed! You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises with an additional fine of 500$. If you have a severe allergy to animals, we take no responsibility for any particle traces of animals that might be found in or around the property.
-A starter consumable pack will be provided for each booking and the price is included in your cleaning fee.

identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation.
