Welcome to Seashell Cottage located in a friendly neighborhood between Mexico Beach and downtown Port St. Joe!

This 2 bedroom 2 bath dog-friendly beach cottage is perfect for two couples, a small family, or a relaxing girls trip! The large backyard is fully fenced for your pup.

Beach access is a short walk (3 blocks) from the cottage. Local beaches are dog-friendly. The cottage has a beach cart to haul beach necessities.

Within minutes, drive to downtown Port St. Joe for shopping & dining!

Our cottage is available to rent for a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 2 weeks. The person reserving the cottage must be one of the guests.

Check-in is 4PM Eastern; Check out is 10AM Eastern. Check out after 10:15AM will result in a $65 fee.

Must be 25 years of age or older to book and be one of the four guests occupying the cottage.

Great location and the accommodations were perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. It was central to everything and the beaches were beautiful. Allison was a great host and got back to me quickly on any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this house to family and friends.

A perfect little house with all you could possibly need for the most part. Beach is right there down the road. We had a wonderful time. Would rent again from them. Very very nice.

Easy in and easy out

Property is well located within Port St. Joe area yet out of the way of major traffic. Easy access to the beach which is not overwhelmed with tourists leaving lots of room to spread out. And our dog loved the large fenced in back yard. Very friendly neighbors. Very lovely and quaint little house. Truly loved our stay. So much yet to see and experience and hope to return in the near future.

We stayed recently at PSJ. It was my husband, myself and our fur baby. Allison was an amazing host. The house was perfect for us! We were able to relax in the evening after a great day at the beach. We feel so relaxed going back homeAfter a great vacay! The home was very clean and we felt right at home!

Perfect

This property was perfect for our little family and 2 dogs. The backyard was so nice for the dogs to be able to roam and get plenty of exercise. The kitchen was very well stocked. It’s a small home, but perfect for a small family.

Lovely Beach House

My husband and I love the location of this home situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Spices were available which I needed. The coffee station is great. Bonus one of the very few homes that have a king size bed available!

We had a great week! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house was pretty well stocked with everything we needed. The bed linens and towels were nice and clean. It was just me and my wife and we had a very relaxing week. The only issues we had was the grill wasn’t working due to being old and rusty; the master bed was really firm and low to the ground, and we couldn’t find where to hook up the hose to rinse the sand off our feet. The patio fire pit was out of propane so we didn’t get to use it.

Great vacation

The cottage was very clean and pet friendly. It has a big fenced in yard our 2 dogs had a great time here. If you're looking for a nice relaxing place for you and your dogs this is definitely the right place for you.

November get away

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The beach was a nice exercise walk, There were no sand spurs in the yard and for that we were very thankful! We had everything that we needed except a softer bed. Since we stayed 12 days and nights we did miss our bed. The manager was nice to deal with.

Great getaway to beach community

This is the perfect getaway for a relaxing beach vacation or log weekend. House was exactly described. Very clean. The amenities were perfect. Great neighborhood. It was very quiet and relaxing. A short walk to the beach. Stores were nearby for supplies. Great backyard for relaxing and watching the sunset. The host was very accommodating. The check in was simple. I highly recommend. We will be coming back.

Was perfect for us nice cozy house with big fenced in backyard a plus for us . Owners were very nice and very helpful with any questions or concerns they were very prompt on communicating back with us neighborhood was extremely nice we highly recommend this house . Quite Neighborhood

It was just my mother & I so it was perfect. Mom has to use a walker to get around & there was plenty of space for this. Everything was clean & neat and just a beautiful house. The whole neighborhood was clean & quiet. Definitely recommend staying here.

Port St. Joe Beach House

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach with our pup. House had everything you will need from the fully stocked kitchen, to washer dryer, to very comfortable beds. Would recommend.
