Everything is provided, just pack your bathing suit and sunglasses because the sun will be shining. This home has an HOA and will require a completed application after you have booked the home. The HOA charges a $225 Application

The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.

This home has grocery store, convenient store and fast food places within walking or bicycling of home. No bus so best to have a car.
