The living room sofa can convert to a queen size bed allowing for additional guests. 2 bathrooms come with one walk-in shower and one tub shower combo. Outside you will find a small fenced yard and a screened in porch ready for you to kick back and relax on. Steps from your back porch you will find a fresh water canal for fishing or enjoying the beauty of nature. This is truly a boaters dream with a boat ramp just across the street, giving you quick access to the Charlotte Harbor. We have boat slips available very close to the boat ramp for guests that would like to keep their boat in the water during your stay.
