This beautiful house is fully equipped with a private pool and BBQ grill, accommodating up to 12 guests. With its prime location, you are less than a 16-minute drive from Disney Parks and less than a 26-minute drive from Universal Parks.

Getting Around:

• The community allows a maximum of 3 vehicles per property.

• There is a rotating parking spot in front of the property and additional free parking at the clubhouse.

• To enter through the gate guard, a gate code will be required.

• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle, equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed beyond the gate guard.

• The pool heating: $40/day (plus taxes)

• Propane tank for BBQ: $49 (plus taxes)

• Pet fee: $69 (plus taxes)



No breed restrictions for dogs

Only service dogs are allowed in the amenities/clubhouse
