Great Place

Every bedroom had its own bath and plenty of queen beds for adults. Perfect for our adult family with 2 children. Owners very responsive and great to work with. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Vacation Home

We couldn’t be any more pleased with our stay. The home was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious, and accommodating. The owners were very prompt with responding to our emails and that is what we appreciated the most. We relaxed in the sunshine and enjoyed the pool. We definitely recommend!

Great Spring Break

Great spacious home, there were only six of us so had plenty of bedrooms. Pool space was nice, we didn’t pay the extra for the heated hot tub. Community pool and lazy river at the resort was great to Have access to.

Great house

We are a group of friends (in our 50’s) who rent a big house once a year for a fun, relaxing weekend. This house didn’t disappoint! It looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean, nice linens and towels. We enjoyed the pool very much. The kitchen had the essentials. Definitely recommend if you need a 5 bedroom house in this location.

Perfect!

We stayed at the property March 4th - 11th and it was beautiful. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everyone had their own bathroom! On lazy mornings we ate breakfast on the deck in the sun and swam in our own pool. The kids loved the club pool with the splash pad and lazy river. Kate and Matt were very friendly and always responded immediately to any inquiries. I would love to go back!

Very clean but pots need updating there was no dish liquid or dishwasher liquid. Biggest issues were ridiculous loud neighbors after 12:00 am and three hugh cockroaches running around.

Very poor guest experience. Deborah ignored ALL the information we sent to her pre-arrival that explained exactly the supplies that would be in the home for her including dishwasher tablets, not liquid. Additional supplies are then for the guest to provide. We make it very clear that it is a self-catering home! This is also stated on the Vrbo listing before booking. The guest also left the external patio doors open with the AC on, allowing the external roaches to come inside the home - we asked her not to do this, plus she put the AC system at risk of severe damage. She did not mention any issue with the pots or we could have assisted. Guests staying in neighboring homes are entirely beyond our control, but that is why the resort and clubhouse have security patrols, all she had to do was reach out to them, but as with everything else, she ignored all information provided by us and the resort. If the guest does not read the info provided and then does not reach out to us, and instead they wait to air their concerns in a public review post-stay when we can't help, it is very indicative of the kind of guest experience this was. Deborah also demanded full access to the home and resort from the early morning of her day of arrival instead of the advertised 4pm check in time and we assisted her with access to the resort for a full day, but we received no thanks for this.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time! The house was very clean and comfortable for the 7 of us (5 adults and 2 children). Everything was exactly as described and hosts were easy to communicate with. Although our weather was not the best, the heated pool allowed all to enjoy. Some of the cookware was in need of replacement and we always forgot to reach out for a replacement until it was late in the evening. Would recommend to check things out on arrival and request replacements if needed.

Pool heat was not working

We wanted to use the heated pool and spa but the heater was not working. The service manager came out said the heater was old and was freezing up. We got the fee for heating the pool refunded.

One of the RUDEST guests we have had to deal with!!!! Totally incorrect!!! And the guest knows this as it was i who personally met them and we have all the communication in the vrbo thread. The pool heater was working and does work, the weather was below 55 degrees which is when electric pool heaters shut off. (They have safety protection circuit) Not only do we send this info to all guests when they book pool heat, its clearly listed in the listing. The guest was rude and aggressive about i went to the home and explained all this to her to her face!! I clearly explained about the weather and pointed her to her arrival info where we state this and the listing. We showed here where it is the guest responsibility to check the weather conditions and cancel the pool heater if they no longer want it and we would refund any unused days. The pool heater had been on for 2 days trying to get to temperature but couldn't because of the outside temperature was below 5 degrees. This is the guests responsibility to cancel, they didn't, but we still refunded her the full amount back. I also offered her the last 3 days of pool heat at a discounted amount as the weather was going to be above 55 degrees. She declined. Her money was refunded within an hour. We then get a 3 star review because of this!! Incredible!

Perfect stay for our family

This property was exactly as described. Everything was in working order. The house was large enough for our family with ample, well-spaced living areas and bedrooms. The pool was a welcome respite after hot days at the parks. We also took advantage of the larger pool and lazy river at the clubhouse. We had two minors issues during our stay: the coffee maker quit working, but a replacement was brought right away. Also, there was a large amount of loose, smelly trash in the trash bench, but that too was taken care of quickly after it was reported. We did encounter one night where neighbors were a little loud after bedtime, but that is out of control of the owners of this property, and it never got to the point of reporting it. All in all, this was an excellent stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Place to Stay!

The property was exactly as listed and had plenty of room for everyone. We paid for heating the pool and hot tub and that was perfect. Some cons were: The tile floor in the main area was not visibly dirty, but people’s socks got pretty dirty walking on it. Some of the dishes were not clean, so we just washed everything before using it The driveway has large patches of mold which made it very slippery and some people almost fell while walking into the house. None of the above would prevent us from staying here again. Overall we had a very good time!

Thank you, Shannon, we are delighted you enjoyed the home! Just to note the floors are cleaned, mopped and disinfected between every guest so as you say, they were clean. Runnign out to the pool deck etc will make socks dirty. The driveway was treated after your stay so this is not an issue. Dishes are hot washed in the dishwasher but we are of course dependent on guests ensuring little used dishes are put back spotless and this may not always happen. We do provide dishwasher tablets for when you arrive so we are glad you could get everything as you wished. Thanks again and we are glad you would return!
