Beautiful home-private spa/pool 5BD 5.5 BA

Come make great memories with your family/friends at this beautiful, fully furnished home. 5 Bedroom 5.5 bath (each room has an on suite/private bath), sleeps 10 guests with a screened-in private pool/spa. You will be 12 miles from main attractions: Disney World, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and Animal Kingdom. This home is located in the Solterra Resort, a gated vacation home resort with a beautiful clubhouse, water slide, lazy river, and fitness center. Access to pool/spa heat at an additional cost.

Swimming Pool
You will have access to a private pool and spa (heated for an additional fee- send inquiry for pricing). The spa will not be heated if the pool is not heated. This pool does have a pool fence installed for safety.
*Please Note* When pool heat is requested by the guest on a reservation, the heater is turned on 24 hours prior to the guests check-in date and runs for approximately 8 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that is set to come on in the morning and shut off in the evening. Therefore, some cooling will occur during the nighttime when the temperature drops. The pool temperature when heating is on ranges between 74 and 86 degrees, depending on the outdoor weather. During cooler months the purchase of pool/spa heat can only be guaranteed to reach 10 degrees warmer than the coolest daily ambient tempreature.

Enjoy access to two living areas that include comfortable couches and flat-screen TVs.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge/freezer, and microwave. You'll have access to a coffee maker, various bakeware, flatware, utensils, and dinnerware.

Solterra Resort does charge a one-time Amenity Access Fee of $35. This one-time fee is charged per house per reservation and allows you access to all the Resort Amenities for the duration of your stay. The fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in to access the amenities

The home is equipped with 2 exterior cameras for safety. All cameras have the ability to record 24/7 when motion is detected.
The 2 camera locations:
1. Ring Doorbell camera at the front door.
2. Camera facing pool equipment at the side of house.
