This 6th floor, one-bedroom unit is accessible by elevator, and is comfortably furnished with a King bed. A queen sleeper sofa is conveniently located in the living room. There is ample closet space, a large HDTV and a full kitchen complete with all you need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal! Guests will enjoy a spacious master bathroom featuring dual vanities and tub/shower combo as well as a second full bathroom with a shower located near the entry. HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
