Our family room is comfortable and cozy, featuring a pullout sofa, an HDTV and complimentary WIFI. For a quiet place to relax, step out to the furnished balcony and enjoy the tropical resort view. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dinnerware, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. Our master bedroom features a king bed with a luxurious pillow topper and an HDTV. And with two full bathrooms, our condo easily accommodates unexpected guests!

Tram service is included, so head on over to the beach and spend an afternoon in the sun - it's only a 10-12 minute ride from the front door. You will enjoy the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex located a few steps away! There is a sparkling blue lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub and grilling area. A full exercise room is available to our guests at no charge.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
