Nestled on a lush hillside in El Cajon, Birdie's Hillside Hideaway is a serene, 175-square-foot studio perfect for two guests and a well-behaved pup. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, beautiful hummingbirds, and butterflies in our garden. The property is surrounded by hiking trails just minutes away.

To help ensure a smooth stay, all guests are required to complete a brief rental agreement and point-of-contact form after booking. Check-in instructions will be sent once this is completed.

This charming studio has been thoughtfully designed with modern, stylish décor to ensure comfort and relaxation. It features:
- Ultra-comfortable queen-sized bed

- Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows
- A kitchenette with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, pod coffee maker, small blender, and a compact fridge (no stove or oven)
- Fully stocked with cups, plates, and other essentials for your convenience
- A private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and modern hand-washing station
- Access to a shared washer and dryer, just steps away
- Wall-mounted AC and heating system to keep you comfortable year-round

Birdie's is located approximately 50 feet from the main residence on a peaceful 1/2 acre property. Two additional vacation rentals, Darling Daisy and Bettie Blue, are situated about 100 feet away, making this an ideal spot for group bookings.

Policies & Pet Info
-Please note: all guests must complete a short rental agreement after booking. Check-in instructions are provided once the agreement is signed.
-We welcome one well-behaved dog for a $75 pet fee (no cats or other pets, please).
-Dogs are not allowed to be left in the trailer at any time. You must take your dog with you whenever you leave the property.
Additional Cleaning Fee:
-An additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied for stays over 20 days.
- Guests staying over 7 days are responsible for additional paper towels, trash bags, and coffee after using the starter pack provided.
- **NO flushable wipes are allowed in the toilets**. Fees will be charged for clogged plumbing due to improper disposal
- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM -8:00AM
- No parties or events
- Maximum occupancy: 2 guests
- Parking: Ample street parking available
- Please clean up after your pet
