This cozy 2008 camper offers a fun and comfortable stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ideally located just 15 minutes from downtown San Diego and 18 minutes from Coronado and Ocean Beach. Nestled on a gated property, the camper features private parking and all the comforts of home. It accommodates solo travelers, couples, or small families (up to 2 adults and 2 small children), making it an ideal spot for a memorable escape.

This camper/RV offers AC, WiFi, heating, and more for an enjoyable stay. This charming 1-bedroom unit is perfect for your stay. It features a queen camper bed, a full bathroom, and a cozy sofa sleeper with a twin mattress. The fully equipped kitchen has all the cookware you’ll need for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Relax in the living room with a 32" television for your entertainment.

The property is secured by a swing gate with a lock. After booking, you’ll receive the access code to unlock the gate. To open, push inward once unlocked.

The front door of the camper has a code, which will be provided to you for access.

We reside in the main house on the property and are readily available to assist with anything you may need to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Outside, you'll find two inviting seating areas—one shaded by a tree, and another just beside the BBQ charcoal grill and propane fire pit, perfect for evenings outdoors. Surrounded by plants, the space has a serene vibe, and we're also cultivating a small vegetable garden for a touch of nature.

This camper is perfect for two adults and up to two small children. Measuring 30.5 feet long, 8.5 feet wide, and 9 feet high, it offers a spacious and comfortable base for your adventure.

Pets are not allowed in order to maintain an allergy-friendly environment for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

No parties are allowed. While you're welcome to have visitors, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10 PM to respect our neighbors and ensure a peaceful stay.

This is not a corporate rental—it’s our personal property, and we’re delighted to share it with you. Open communication is always welcome to help us make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

A small fee applies for additional guests after the first two. Please double-check your reservation to ensure the guest count is accurate.

To maintain a comfortable temperature, please keep the AC/heater set between 70–76°F and on auto mode. You’re also welcome to use fans or open windows and doors when the weather permits.

We kindly ask you to be mindful of energy use to help keep costs down and ensure a great experience for everyone.

Property Layout:

The camper is located at the back of our property, which we share with our main residence. We also host another independent short term rental unit at the front of the house. All spaces are separate and private.
