The Resort:
Grand Sirenis is a well secured, popular, all-inclusive beachfront resort that also includes an OXXO store for quick shopping, dolphin adventure, and much more. Day or night passes can be purchased directly from Grand Sirenis Resort if you'd like an all-inclusive resort day/night. A local popular non-touristy snorkeling lagoon is also in walking distance if you're up for a 15-minute walk through the jungle. Day/Night passes to the all-inclusive resort can be purchased for $90 per person per day.

Interior & exterior:
Modern yet Tulum inspired feel with white natural colors, tasteful stone, and local sourced wood materials, creating a laid-back and comfortable feel. Small Sea views from rooftop terraces consisting of two stunning small swimming pools surrounded by sun loungers, BBQ area, and large yoga terrace overlooking the deep green jungle below. Sunrises and sunsets are near miraculous. Ideal for relaxation and pampering.

The large "Private" U-Shape designed Villa surrounds a main pool with creative pool channels leading to the main pool with small step over bridges and large swim step to lounge or playful kids.

Grand entry areas, tall ceilings, tall windows, and wide halls give the feel of a small resort. Indoor Gym with attached splash pool above the entrance adds to the curb appeal.

The heated indoor pool is located behind a wall of glass and is breathtaking. It includes two waterfalls, spa jets, and a swim jet for swimming in place. The roof pools are also heated with majestic views of jungle canopy and the ocean.

Cinema includes two rows of seating and two gaming desks and chairs for kids. The theatre ambiance is a favorite for all. After a long day at the beach, lounging in the movie room is relaxing and calming.

The small attached outdoor garden has local wildlife visitors that can include birds, Iguanas, large land crabs, and the occasional monkey.

Simply choose your daily meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner from our menu or make your own requests to our chefs, they can make just about every meal you can think of! The chef sources, shops, and purchases everything you ordered on the menu. He will bring the receipt from shopping, and it is paid by the guests (you) in cash. Chefs are typically available on-site from 7:30am-7:30pm. Your in control of the food costs!

FREE FULL TIME Concierge at your service, we can order any services needed, shuttles, Taxis, massage, yoga classes, tequila tasting, mariachis and more. We have self-check-in or will meet you for a quick tour. The Villa has daily maid unless instructed otherwise. We understand you might not be able to get to the store prior to your check-in. Ice makers are available in each kitchen. Please use our bottled water to refill. We have pre-prepared the ice for you. Eco-Friendly: approx. 100 solar panels are roof mounted to supply virtually all of the electrical needs.

We do our best to provide the most modern conveniences and experience.

Although the Villa is located inside a well secured resort complex, keep in mind that it's located in a jungle. Birds, Monkeys, Coatimundi, Peccary, Tapir, Margay, agouti, Lizards, Cats, Bugs, and more. Yes, you will see many of these animals. Leaving food outside can attract them. Leaving doors open increases the chance of nature entering the Villa, we cant control nature, so be advised.

"Villa" does not allow walk in party's, only registered guests. Additional guests allowed with prior approval and are an extra charge. We want to make your experience pleasant, miraculous, and safe. If you're going to have loud music, please keep the doors and windows closed. The center pool area is private and an area where you can also have some freedom, no loud music after 9:00pm. Pools are all shallow. Do not attempt to dive or jump into pools. There are no fences around pools, WATCH your children at all times. Do not lean over or against railing. Keep safe.

Guest access
Guests will be provided an electronic combo. Simply swipe the keypad and enter that code. There are 24/7 security cameras recording outside, a doorbell camera and one inside camera located in the Chef kitchen.
