Tastefully designed down to the finest detail, this five-bedroom beach house flows from indoors to outdoors with the ease of the ocean breeze. Built as a family home, the spacious rooms and thoughtful sleeping arrangement make it ideal for large families looking to disconnect together in comfort.

Mariola is ideal for hosting, with guests loving the chef experience. While the rustic pool deck steps on to your private beach between the trees, slowly reaching the stunning Soliman Bay shoreline.

• Our villa is located in the gated community of Soliman Bay, 15 minutes north of Tulum. We've purposely put the map in the Tulum Hotel Zone in order for our home to come up in the searches to give guests visibility on the better quality & price point they could have by being a short drive outside of the main area. Our community has 24-7 security and our beaches are completely private.

• Your concierge will meet & greet you at the property upon arrival as well as help plan everything for your stay. Our team are with you each step of the way.

• All rooms are equipped with AC, ceiling fans and bedrooms have personal safes

• Pets are welcome pending approval from the owner (Pet beds can be setup on request)

• Full time chef service from 8am to 8pm. Get ready to indulge. Cost of ingredients are billed to you at the end of your stay, budget about $30-40 USD per day per person, for all three meals.

Best Time Ever

We loved every single moment and didn't want to leave. Jeremie welcomed us when we arrived, and the house was more beautiful and well cared for than the pictures depicted. Every bedroom is spacious with huge bathrooms and there is plenty of room for everyone in the group. There was a wonderful breeze that goes through the ground floor with an ocean that is just steps away. Our chef Dafane was phenomenal, as was the entire staff!!! Everything was fresh and delicious, and they also accommodated our vegetarian friend! Honestly everything was seamless and we can't wait to go back!

Gorgeous property, perfect location, never needed to leave everything we could ever want was there! Amazing food, snorkeling/paddle board/kayak. A wonderful villa, would absolutely love to return!

It couldn't get better

If you want a place to get together with family and friends you couldn't find a better place than Casa Mariola. We were a group of 4 couples; all family and we had a great time. We celebrated an anniversary and a birthday and the chefs did a beautiful job making the dinners special. The beach is large which allowed us to spread out and have our own private time or to gather and talk while having drinks. Chef Dafne and Chef Esau did an awesome job cooking our meals. The water in front of the house is sandy which allows easy access to the water. Carolina, our concierge, set up massages for several of the guests as well as a fishing trip for others. She was supportive with all our requests and appreciate all her help. Fernando was on site daily to help with any issues and made sure the grounds were maintained. We will definitely come back and hopefully get to stay longer. We all felt this was the best house on Soliman Bay, can't wait to return!

Wonderful Mexico Family Vacation

We truly love the house, the pool was wonderful, the beach was so close with a lovely view from the pool to the ocean. The staff was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable. In June it was hot and the living room is open air but we managed. There were hammocks in the living room, hot tub in the pool and shells on the beach. The chefs were wonderful and the management team was helpful prior to and during our trip. Love this location!

The best and most lux weekend ever

I booked this house for my sister's bachelorette party. We were a group of 13 girls, mostly late 20s. The house was perfect, the pictures online don't do it justice, it was even more stunning in person. The access to the private beach takes the entire experience to the next level. There are simply not enough words to say how amazing that staff was, the food was absolutely incredible (breakfast had two courses everyday) and they were very attentive to the few allergies we had amongst the group. They thought of everything, even mini filtered water jugs next to each bed. Lastly, Jeremie is an absolute rockstar. He was so communicative throughout the entire booking process and really helped consult on our entire stay to make it the best weekend ever.

After renting many properties for our family to vacation in, we always thought most beach homes and Airbnbs fell short in terms of accommodating our expectations of what true Mexican hospitality should be like. We wanted to create and manage homes where guests from all over the world can discover authentic Mexican dishes, the ones we all grew up eating, and stay in homes that were furnished & designed by Mexican craftsman. All of our homes come with chefs that prepare our favorite meals with recipes from all corners of the country and the globe.

The villa has also kept the majority of the native trees on the land, giving you plenty of shade throughout the beach area and that feeling of privacy which is naturally given by the greenery surrounding the home.
