You'll have access to the entire space. You will receive access information via email before your arrival. Early check-in may be available but the cleaners may still be in the space.

For sleeping, it has a king bed, two queen beds (the bunk bed), a sleeper sofa, two queen air mattresses, and a couple single air mattresses, and often an extra or two. So assuming two people to a bed and a couple on single air mattresses, it sleeps 14. You can find the air mattresses in the primary bedroom and the brown storage bin by the first floor bathroom.

Parking is public/street. There are usually spots available out front and if not within a block or two. You can use google street view of 715 N Ashland to get a better idea of the parking situation if needed.
