Additional amenities include wi-fi, cable, full size washer & dryer, cards and games for the whole family and friends. Boaters will have their own private boat slip, additional boat parking along the bulkhead that is directly below the balcony of this second story condo, along with fish cleaning stations near the boat slips. Guests will also have access to the Key Allegro Condominium swimming pool and tennis courts. You can find Rockport beach and boat launch across from The Salty Aloha.

Inside this coastal condo you will find a coastal charm with an open concept living area and vaulted ceilings. The living room opens to a private balcony overlooking the canal and features a comfortable sleeper sofa couch and chairs, flat screen TV and an electric fireplace. You will find that the dining table seats up to four people, with additional chairs provided for more guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, cooking wear, dishes, serving utensils, flatware, and additional amenities.

The spacious primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and French doors that open to the private balcony overlooking the canal with views of Little Bay. The primary bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower, along with a large closet. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds, a closet and a private bathroom featuring a step-in shower.

There are not enough parking spaces to allow boat trailer parking. There is no boat ramp to the water at this complex, the closest boat ramp is at little Bay inside the beach(fees for entry).
