This Bay House Condo is conveniently found right in the heart of this coastal town and comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to six guests.

The BS Lake House features a spacious, airy, and open concept living room where you can chat with your friends and family members or spend some leisure time. The living room features an inviting & relaxing sectional sofa, complete with fluffy, cushioned pillows, and a small tea table. Overall, it offers an elegant and contemporary decor to enjoy while you watch TV or your favorite movies.

Adjacent to this living room, there is a cozy family dining area. This area features a wooden table with seating for up to six guests, ideal for enjoying a homemade meal with your family! However, if you are wanting to enjoy your meal outside with a refreshing coastal breeze, the condo offers a dining set on the waterfront patio.

You will find a well-equipped and well-furnished kitchen with an abundance of counter space! The kitchen will certainly make your cooking experience simple, easy, and hassle-free! It is equipped with all of the basic necessities, for example, storage shelves, a kettle, utensils, stove/oven, sink, a microwave, a refrigerator, and much more too.

As mentioned before, the condo comes with two different bedrooms; both of them offer a restful ambiance with a chic decor that is apt to offer you a sound and peaceful sleep. The primary bedroom features a large, soft, and comfortable queen-sized bed with pillows, furnished with desk niche if you are on a working vacation (the Wi-Fi is great!). The primary features private bathroom with a full-size walk-in shower, perfect for getting ready after those sun-drenched days.


There is also a secondary bedroom that comes with two comfortable twin beds with comfy pillows. This bedroom, with its cheerful and inviting decor, offers you plenty of storage space. It's beautifully decorated with a cushioned chair, bedside table lamps and a convenient nightstand for additional storage. This bedroom can be appropriate for the kids and adults alike. A second full bathroom means no one is waiting to get ready. You can even do a little laundry, in the full-size washer and dryer, if you want to head home with a bag if clean clothes. Furry friends welcome!

One of the most impressive parts of the condo is its patio area - enjoy and experience the magnificent views of the coast! Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the patio table! Alternatively, during the night, you can come here with a glass of wine and experience the incredible views of the night sky surrounded by twinkling stars. This condo also features a designated boat slip that is located in the canal directly off of the back patio. Fish cleaning stations are also provided throughout the complex.

The Bay House condos offer a refreshing, crystal-clear, and energizing swimming pool where you and your guests can splash around all day when you get tired of the beach (if that's even possible!). This charming community across from Little Bay offers three swimming pools for guest-use only, tennis courts, plenty of parking space for vehicles and boat trailers, and access to Little Bay and Canoe Lake.
