The space:
The newly constructed apartment offers a queen bed and a sofa bed and can host up to four people. Featuring a shared, heated plunge pool and outdoor shower with a large patio including a bar, multiple tables, a park style charcoal grill, fire pit, multiple lounging chairs and outdoor games. The shared rooftop deck is equipped with a table and benches, multiple hammocks and boasts panoramic views of the ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Public beach access is one block away and Downtown Cocoa Beach is 1.5 miles away. Beach cruiser bicycles are available for use.

Private Second-Floor Guest Suite:
- BEDROOM: Queen-sized Tempurpedic bed, large flatscreen TV with Hulu Live cable, Netflix, Prime, and a large closet.
- BATHROOM: A soaking tub and shower, toiletries, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror.
- KITCHEN: Medium-sized refrigerator, air fryer/toaster oven, portable electric double burner stovetop, microwave, full sink, Keurig, electric tea kettle, plenty of counter space, and four bar stools.
- LIVING ROOM: Queen-sized pull-out couch, two chairs, a big-screen TV with Hulu Live cable, Netflix, Prime, board games and a small library.
- BALCONY: Off the bedroom is a small table with two chairs overlooking the backyard and pool setting.
- AVAILABLE: Two beach cruiser bicycles, two beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, two beach umbrellas, a small soft cooler, and beach and pool toys
- A pack-n-play crib and high chair are available if needed.

The private-entrance guest suite is located directly behind the host's primary residence so they are always available for help or local travel advice.

Private-entrance with key code entry. There is enough room to park two cars in the driveway.
