Sedona Mountain Trail was a perfect place for our first visit to Sedona. It was very clean. Spacious and very cozy! I loved having garage access. Best of all, it was close to the trails in West Sedona. We could quickly access the trails on foot. We were literally up against Sugar Loaf Mountain! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked and modern. I highly recommend it, as you will feel at home there.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, well equipped and centrally located. There were several outside seating areas so you could always find shade. Hiking paths were within walking distance. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Very cozy house with all kinds of outdoor niches to sit and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Nice kitchen to work in. Hiking trails in walking distance.

Ants everywhere. Floors and carpets disgusting. The management company was supposed to reimburse me for the ant killer i picked up and never did. We asked for future options for staying at other properties and rated. Management company never followed up.

Great location near shopping, groceries, and easy access to trails. Wonderful place with all the kitchen amenities you have at home. There are many outdoor areas where you can have your own space to decompress, and the house is designed for the same quiet time; however, the indoor/outdoor areas also have great community spaces.

My son, my aunt and I had a quick 2 night stay at this cute home. I wish we could have spent more time there. It was just as pictured and had wonderful outdoor seating spaces both in the front and backyard. The view from the front seating was great too. My son stayed in the back porch room and really liked the space. We'd consider this home again on our next visit.

Over all the property is nice. A couple of issues we noted: The cleanliness was lacking. There was hair in our bed, on our towels and other body hair in the shower. There were glasses with lipstick stains left. I will say the glasses did appear to have been through a dishwasher cycle, but definitely should have been washed again before putting away. The hot water was HOT, like the hot water heater temperature needs to be turned down. We like hot water, but this temperature was a safety issue. The location was great. Easy to get to everything. The views were ok, but very serene. And more of a personal concern was the lack of curtains/blinds on the back door. There is a neighbor that could look into the home and we just personally prefer to close up at night and we weren’t able to do that here.
