This single-level home offers a spacious 2,353 square feet (large for Sedona), three bedrooms and two bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.

Enter through the private front entry door into the main living space, which seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The Primary bedroom with a king memory foam bed is separate from the two smaller bedrooms, convenient for families.

Living Room: The living room boasts an open and airy design with high ceilings that add to the sense of space. Bask in the glow of natural light that fills the room, creating an inviting and calming atmosphere. Furnished with a comfortable sofa, accent chairs, stone electric fireplace, a creative space, and a Smart TV, this space is perfect for relaxation.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: The open kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, a combination traditional/convection oven, full-sized dishwasher and plenty of counter space. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a gourmet meal, you'll have everything you need. The kitchen island offers additional workspace, and the double door pantry provides ample storage.

Dining Area with a view of Thunder Mountain: Adjacent to the kitchen, the contemporary dining table seats 6 and offers spectacular red rock views through the large window. This area also provides direct access to a private patio which has an outdoor table for six, allowing you to enjoy your meals with a backdrop of nature.

There is also a built-in desk area perfect to get some work done.

Primary Bedroom — This spacious room features a Memory Foam king-sized bed, a twin bed, a 43” TV, an armchair, dresser space, and a closet. The en suite bathroom offers a dual sink vanity, a large walk-in shower, and private exterior deck, perfect for stargazing.

Bedroom 2— Equipped with two memory foam twin beds, a 32” Smart TV, dresser, and closet space. Access to a shared full bathroom.

Bedroom 3 — This room features a memory foam king-sized bed, a 32” Smart TV, dresser, and closet space. Access to a shared full bathroom and access to the outside deck.
