The back patio is great for entertaining with a gas grill, seating and dining area, and ambient string lights while the front patio area is great for relaxing. Large 6-person hot tub with red rocks views situated on the side of the house that does wonders for those sore muscles after hiking and biking around town all day. Awesome home for a family or group of friends to spend some time together!

Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, this home will allow you to relax while enjoying the views of the red rocks during a beautiful evening sunset. Within walking distance to Chapel of the Holy Cross, a short 10 minute drive to downtown Sedona, and easy access to a multitude of hiking and biking trails, this home is sure to entice you to go on an adventure or two! Or, if you want to stay in, there's plenty of space inside the main part of the house to spread out. There's also a game room/sleeping area with separate entrance off the back patio that can give you some quiet alone time or fun game time, your choice!

Dogs (2 max) are also welcomed with paid pet rate. Please note no pitbulls/aggressive breeds are allowed, and the backyard is only partially fenced. Two leads with anchors are available in the backyard, and a large dog crate (35.5" L x 22" W x 24.5" H) is also provided for when you are away from the home.
