Gorgeous respite!

Beautiful property (with sunrise and moonrises over the lake!) in a very peaceful area. I am from VT and this is a particularly nice spot in the state. Host was perfectly gracious and responsive. Everyone loved it here and would definitely return!

Wedding weekend

We were attending a wedding on Grand Isle and stayed here with two families. The house is immaculate and so well appointed. Shawn was responsive and great communicator. And the views and lakefront access beyond words

Great family place.

The house is clean and nice decor. Lake is beautiful. Enjoyed ping pong table and games for indoor entertainment and fire pit and kayaks outdoors. Relaxing place. Would recommend staying here if you are considering coming to the area.

Where everything is perfect

Lovely spot on the lake

Very clean and comfortable furniture. Half hour drive to Burlington. The view is amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better spot for our family to hangout for a few days.

Great weather, Great Lake, Great House, Great times with family

Spacious house directly on lake Champlain, the house comfortably accommodated 7 adults, with plenty of room for activities, and separate spaces for everyone staying. Host was attentive and responsive to any issues or questions we had during our stay. The home is on a Private street and the neighbors were welcoming. Would highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to spend time on Lake Champlain looking for relaxation and enjoying quality time with one's family.

If you are going to Lake Champlain, this is the place. Amazing million dollar views in the comfort of a gorgeous home. I am OCD when it comes to clean and this was definitely the place for me. Amazing Lake House!

Wonderful house in an awesome location. The layout and decor of the house is wonderful for relaxing days with family. The view of Lake Champlain is absolutely stunning! Enjoying the morning sunrise, next to the fireplace with a coffee in hand overlooking the lake cannot be beat! Shawn and Jennifer were very accommodating and their dinner recommendations were spot-on! The house was super clean, too! 10/10 recommend

The most breathtaking views!

A stunning, super clean property with the most amazing views. I don't normally like to wake up early but the sunrises at this home were not to be missed. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains changed with the weather, it was like art work. The owners were very responsive and super helpful. Shawn gave me a list of things to do nearby and good restaurants and we took advantage of his suggestions and had a wonderful time. We will be back!

We are college friends and PT classmates We get together every year. This year we rented ebikes, rented a pontoon boat. Did some paddle boarding and enjoyed happy hour and tanning on the dock. The sunsets and sunrises as doesthe full moon are specatular from this home. It is very quiet. Beautiful views and plenty of parking. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Nice dining area and lovely deck for conversation and morning coffee. Its awesome and will be back

Lake Champlain Getaway

We had a phenomenal time in VT this weekend! Couldn’t have asked far a better spot to enjoy Lake Champlain at. My wife and I and parents repeatedly said how amazing this rental was throughout the weekend. It had absolutely everything needed to make for a perfect weekend with family. The game room was an added bonus that filled some time with laughs and great conversations. I only wish we would have made a fire out in the gorgeous outdoor fire pit. Next time! We have rented many houses with VRBO around the world. This stay/house/owner is in the top 3 ever!! I cannot say enough about it. The house was pristinely clean, beautifully furnished, very user friendly and the kind of place we didn't want to leave. In fact, we were there to see the fall foliage and instead we stayed home for most of our 5 days. Spectacular views, great kitchen with all the furnishings, very comfortable beds and linens, plenty of towels and other supplies. Owner communication from the original booking to departure was within minutes, never as long as an hour. The house is very quiet-- never heard anything from the neighbors on either side. I really just can't say enough. Not one negative thing! Thanks Shawn for such an amazing stay. we're getting our dates together for our next stay!!

Even provided a full RAINBOW!

We (6 adults) were on Grand Isle for our daughter’s wedding. We were not familiar with the area, but this property surpassed all of our hopes and dreams. The house is fabulous. Amazing, breathtaking Lake Champlain right before you!!! We’ll-equipped, comfortable, attractive home in every way. Our host with most attentive. Our family is very hopeful that we can go back next year to celebrate the first wedding anniversary! We can’t think of enough superlatives to describe this lake house. You’ll just have to find out for yourselves!!!!

Oasis on the lake!

Our family stayed at the lake house for two nights to celebrate a college graduation. We were a party of 7 adults. If I could rate our experience 10++ stars, I would. It was idyllic! The lake side location is exceptional, better than the photos. The house was absolutely charming, tastefully decorated, welcoming and spacious. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All in our party agreed that it was truly exceptional!! The hosts and communication were stellar, to the point they checked in to make sure were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our family is talking about plans to return again next Spring. If you are considering this property to rent I suggest you do. You will not be disappointed!

Ourstsy was a reunion for physical therapy classmates graduating in 1979. There are 7 of us.

Our impression was fantastic. We were blown away by the view the house.andThe firepit and access to the water. The dock was not there due to damage from the recent storms. Hopefully it will be back next summer. We loved this beautiful clean house so much that we are coming back next year. The sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous. The sleepung conditions worked well for 7 of us. We loved the firepit and also used the kayaks. Everything was spectacular. Wouldnt change a thing. The ice maker had some issues so we bought ice. A 5 star rental. It was very clean and we loved the decor
