Früher ein charmantes Bed & Breakfast / Inn (The Inn at Grace Farm) ist jetzt für ganze Hausgruppen und Unterkünfte zur Verfügung. Dieses handgefertigte Post- und Balkenhaus zeigt den Charme von Vermont. Die Lodge liegt inmitten von Kiefern hoch über weiten Tälern auf einem 2 1/2 Hektar großen Grundstück. Diese Nachbildung einer alten Scheune in Vermont bietet ein rustikales Ambiente mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Neue Küche im Jahr 2017 für die Gäste zu essen, die Ordnung in oder Kleinstadt Favoriten besuchen. Jedes geräumige Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Granit, TV, luxuriösen Betten und schönen Kiefernholzböden und Dekor. Eine weitläufige Lobby / ein großartiger Raum für große Versammlungen, Gruppentreffen oder Familientreffen fließen gut in den Außenbereich.
Die erste Etage ist behindertengerecht (Lobby, 1 Schlafzimmer, Küche, 2 Bäder). Sie genießen eine atemberaubende Aussicht und einen gepflegten Garten mit Feuerstelle, Grill und Sitzgelegenheiten für Freizeitaktivitäten. In dieser ländlichen Residenz haben Sie nachts einen ungehinderten Blick auf helle Sterne und Leuchtkäfer. Während des Tages rollende Ansichten des Berges. Mansfield (Vermonts höchster Berg) und Smugglers Notch. Zu den Wildtieren zählen Rehe, wilde Truthähne und gelegentlich ein Schwarzbär, die tagsüber zu sehen sind. Wir bieten einige an, aber Sie möchten vielleicht BYOB (Bring Your Own Binoculars). Schauen Sie nach hinten, wo Ahornlinien die bewaldeten Bäume berühren. Dieser Raum ist das größte Gebäude auf dem Grundstück mit 2 Eingängen, keine gemeinsamen Wände für Privatsphäre, ausreichend Parkplätze und separatem WLAN. Amazing property and location for our celebration

We had an amazing time - there were 13 of us in total and it was so spacious and comfortable for everyone. Having so many bathrooms was amazing for the group. The property was super clean and everything looked even better than the photos could portray. Could not recommend this place enough!

This home exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful inside with stunning mountain views. The host was quick to respond to questions and requests. Our group of 16 ranged from newborn to great- grandparents and each family group had their own bedroom with private bathroom. It was a perfect setting for our extended family to gather as we celebrated our daughter’s college graduation.

A lovely place

We were very pleased with this facility. The only draw back is no dishwasher and the kitchen could have been better stocked with serving bowls, sharp knives, etc. For a place with five bedrooms you should expect that there will be several people staying at one time so a dishwasher would have been very helpful.

Thank you for the feedback. This is a very new offering for group and family rentals- previous only available as a bed and breakfast for private rooms. The kitchen install is new in 2017 and there were constraints to installing a dishwasher. Our desire to share the space for private gatherings superseded that amenity that would be ideal . See, The Inn at Grace Farm. Hey, it's Vermont (organic and natural);)We have since changed check-out procedure to "leave dirty dishes". We will gather, and wash in our commercial dishwasher. We are always improving and will review our inventory for your private kitchen supplies. Aimee, Owner

Perfect place for a reunion

This place got so many great reviews I thought they must be too good to be true. But they weren’t - all of the excellent reviews were spot on! It is the perfect rental for larger groups, and as others have written having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge plus. The living area is spacious and it makes it easy for the whole group to gather in one place. We had 11 friends who hadn’t all been together for nearly 20 years and it really was perfect. Highly recommended!!

Really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom since there were 4 bedrooms used. We expected to have cable television, but none of the tv's had a cable box. Didn't watch much, but when we arrived, we were excited to be able to watch the Chiefs game, but resorted to hooking up to a computer to stream. Aimee was available to us when we needed replacement bags for the cornhole game. Loved having the firewood for the firepit. Plenty of parking. The outdoor lighting was a little lacking. Had an issue with the front door digital lock being a bit touchy. Kitchen space was great. Really enjoyed our stay. Not too far from all the places we ventured to.

Wonderful Reunion with Friends

We are a group of college friends that got together at this beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained property. It worked very well for us. We were 5 couples, and each of us had a bedroom with private bath. The public areas had a large table that could seat everyone for meals and games, and a living room area with plenty of seating and a lovely picture window. We didn't really cook, but there were lots of dishes and mugs, a keurig machine, a dishwasher and a microwave. The property itself is in a lovely setting, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the last day of our stay. I'd highly recommend this property to any group of our size.

Great stay for large group!

There were three families sharing this house on our stay. House was large enough to accommodate all of us easily and having a bathroom attached to every bedroom was a huge bonus. House was clean and equipped with all basic needs. Small electrical outlet issue involving the TV when we arrived, but Jodi, the manager, was great and very responsive. She helped get the issue resolved quickly (and even gave us some local wine/beer for our troubles!). House is on a main road, which initially made us nervous with small kids, but the backyard was huge with multiple fire pits and seating areas, so that suited our needs just fine! Would definitely stay again! Perfect space for multiple families to be able to spread out but come together for quality time!

Great place for a family trip

Our group of 6 adults and 7 kids (2-12) had a great stay here. We loved the space and had room for everyone. The kids had lots of fun playing outside. The location felt so Vermont-y and we appreciated that we could get to Burlington in 20 minutes and Stowe in 45. Also love that there was great pizza 5 minutes away! The hosts were very responsive and gave lots of ideas for nearby activities. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Great place to stay. Family friendly! We had 7 children 8 years and under call this their home for 4 nights. Great memories were made. We really loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Very convenient! The view was also amazing and everything we wanted to see in Vermont was fairly close by.

Perfect for our reunion

Our friend group of 12 loved this rental house. It was comfortable, enough privacy for everyone and a good kitchen to create meals together, plus a large common room to gather. The view is beautiful, we used the outdoor grill and could relax outside as well as inside. No complaints!

Large comfortable home for family gatherings

We had a lovely day stay in April with 2 families and grandparents. The home is beautiful, we’ll kept and clean with room for all to have space and gather for meals or fun. Close to Burlington, Stowe and more in the area.

We are a family of adventure and travel. Aimee and Chad fell in love in 2nd grade and married 14 years later, now married for 25 years with 4 excellent kids. We have lived in Utah, Oregon, Hawaii (okay, only for 6 weeks, but still...), and Vermont. Chad lived in Sicily, Italy for 2 years. We like warm places like Turks and Caicos, Bermuda, and Antigua, but our favorite vacations are cruises. Other unique ventures were in Kazakhstan, Nochistlan, Dominican Republic, and Zacatecas. The Inn At Grace Farm is our newest adventure!

Location is 25 min. from Burlington, Vermont's largest airport. Over 80% of the timber frame used was harvested from surrounding forest. Rooms are large and cozy. Excellent space for family, wedding, and corporate groups. Views. Views. Views.
