Beautiful Ocean and Harbor Views from the Top of a Mountain in St. Thomas

Welcome to St. Peter Mountain Lookout, a spacious Caribbean themed condo with the best views on the Island. Nestled on top of the highest point (1,500 feet) in the US Virgin Islands. This cozy home is the perfect place to make memories.

The home is family-friendly, with TV's in each room, a Nintendo Wii, Netflix, Disney+, locally themed books, puzzles and art.

Wake up to views of the harbor in the master bedroom that's equipped with a memory foam King bed.

The space:

The large patio is where you'll find yourself taking in the amazing views no matter what time of day. From here you can watch planes and cruise ships come and go. There is a large grill, table and seating for all 8 guest outside. As well as outdoor sting lighting for the evening.

The home has an updated Kitchen with everything you need to make a wonderful meal, morning coffee or frozen margaritas.

While the home is equipped to sleep 8, we think the perfect group size is 5-6. The pullout couch has a memory foam mattress cover that makes it just as comfy as any of the beds in the home.

Guest access:

This condo has common areas that can be used by all guests. This includes a covered seating area and pool with views of the bay. The pool is lit up at night and can be accessed until 10pm.

Things to know:

The Jeep Wrangler is also available for rent at $120 per day. Which is about $50 less than the average rental quotes on the island. The Jeep is a four door and seats 5 people. The font two roof panels can be removed. If interested, please inquire through messaging.

This condo is on an Island, 1,500 feet above sea level. Therefore, hot water pressure isn't great but it's serviceable. Please keep this in mind when booking.

Also, the shower drain can back up easily if sand, hair or anything other than water goes down it.

During storm season water will sometimes get into the unit if it rains hard enough. This is rare but does happen. However, this shouldn't affect your stay.

No loud music or noises after 10pm.
