Very nice, clean, spacious unit with breathtaking views of the Gulf! Walking distance to Peg Leg Pete’s, which was a big plus for us! Bedrooms were upstairs and tended to be a little warm, but plenty of fans kept air comfortably circulating. As advertised, there were 20 steps to climb, but the view was well worth it. Would stay again.

Great Views

We loved our stay at Starboard Village. The views of the beach are the most beautiful. The rain kept us from visiting the beach as much as we liked but there was plenty of room for our party of 6 in the house and the two balconies, we loved the pool access. Highly recommend this property.

Starboard Village is such a great location! We loved having easy access to the beach and having a beach front view! This condo was stocked with everything we needed and was super clean upon arrival! Check in procedures were very easy! The only thing that surprised us was that there was no description or mention of stairs in the listing details. We stayed here with our two small children and I did not realize this place had stairs until we arrived! None of the pictures or descriptions included stairs, maybe something to add to the listing! Other than that, we loved our stay!

Unforgettable Beach Views.

Loved this place!! Convenient, Quiet, the floor to ceiling windows provided breathtaking views and Sunsets 🌅 to die for. If you like to cook, this place has every appliance, pan and utensil. The beach is steps away and we had a nice view of the pool.

Perfect location

This is a very clean and perfectly located townhome with the huge benefit of a garage. We arrived very late, driving from Houston but had a small issue with the air conditioner when we arrived. It was taken care of immediately. My family and I are very pleased. and will be returning as soon as possible.

Spacious with beautiful views

Our family enjoyed our time at the townhouse greatly. It is a very spacious place and the views of the beach are outstanding. We were provided with more than adequate linens and items we might need throughout our stay. Any issues we had were resolved immediately by the property manager. We have two suggestions: Wi-Fi and a smart television should be available in the upstairs and the master bedroom mattress is very squeaky which is disruptive to sleep. Everything else was great.

Almost perfect

Everything was great except for the guest bed. The mattress was horrible. Definitely needs an upgrade. The odd thing is the mattress in the master bedroom was great. If it wasn’t for that one thing I would rate it as perfect all around. But an uncomfortable bed is not good.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a little over done with items that are in the way. One master bath faucet was loose and needs tightened. When staying for two weeks the toilet paper and soap provided was the same as for a one week stay and there was no paper towels when the weekly price should include these items. Other places we stay provide paper towels.

Each owner decorates to their own taste! Some like more "beachy" items than others! We provide the first fresh roll of toilet paper and guest soaps for each bathroom!

We were supposed to have a garage to park in, upon arrival the garage door was open about 2 feet and did not work, this was reported but no one came to repair. The air conditioner was preset not to allow any temps below 70 degrees, if it was really hot out, this would not be sufficient enough to cool. Had problems with the entry door lock , the code wasn't working on arrival.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place. Great view with two decks. Did not use pool but looked fine. Looked to be a gathering place for a few families. Nice area between pool and beach for people to hang out at. Could always find a place on beach that was upfront never during day did you feel crowded or need to sit behind someone. Only downside I would say is the AC. Do not want you to set thermostat below 70 degrees which is fine except for upstairs sleeping at night. Vents are not pointing to master bed and doesn't really cool off if you like to sleep in lower temps. They have plenty of fans in condo so it helps. Again it wasn't hot but I like it to be cooler at night. Personal preference. Would definitely stay here again. Like the area at this condo more than main area in Pensacola Beach. It's about halfway between pier & Fort Pickens. Also convenient to have rental company close by if you would have any issues.

Would have been great

The place itself was very nice! Great views 2 balconies and plenty of room to enjoy the feels of home. Has a basic pool for guests to enjoy. During our stay the HOA decided to make repairs on our unit and were unable to enjoy the balconies for 2 days, had to move the balcony furniture inside for the repairs and drilling/jack hammering started before 8 AM. The noise, dust and debris from the drilling made the pool area unappealing to be near. It was unfortunate timing and really wish they would let the property rental company know what was being planned with advanced notice to notify their guests. We didn't even have a 1 day notice and lost use of balconies for the rest of our stay with guys working right outside our doors. We feel the property management company made it right and they were great to work with, however, we still lost out on the relaxing vacation we hoped for. We would book again but really hope the communication with the HOA is greatly improved.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very good experience. The unit was spacious and had very comfortable furniture in the living area. Kitchen was well stocked, however the toaster oven was unusable as all the decals were worn off. There was no way to tell if you were baking or toasting or what temp etc. The master bath tub and the floor needed a good scrubbing or was just worn out, not sure. Overall the place was very clean. Bring your own toilet paper and paper towels because what is provided is useless and there was no soap anywhere. The sliding hurricane door requires mega strength to open it and we think the tracks need to be oiled. The master bedroom bedding was pretty worn out but the mattress was comfortable. Personally I would classify this unit as in need of a redo, but it didn't hurt our stay. The pool was nice but no umbrellas and very few chairs. There were 3 cracked plastic chairs on the living area balcony. Also the table and 2 chairs in the picture, they were comfortable. There were very fun wall plaques and tons of cool shells on display everywhere. Also having the garage and outside parking was convenient, but when they say 28 steps they mean 28 concrete outside steps, in bad weather such as extreme heat or rain this would have been a problem.

Traveled to Pensacola from Ohio for work related Educational Conference

The rental was perfect for our stay. Location was great with awesome beach and ocean front views. Garage door did not work but was no issue for us. Pool was literally right outside door. Would highly recommend and use again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: - Did you have a good overall stay?Yes, our stay was wonderful.- Was the vacation rental in a great location?The location of the rental is excellent, right on the beach.- Was the home clean and in good shape?The home looked as if it had been wiped down, but not cleaned. Maintenance of the home didn't seem like it had been a priority.- Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? Yes, they were great.
