This superb Villa is located in Caleta De Fuste and is a 10 minute walk from the beach and shopping. It is situated on a golf course (which hosted the 2004 Spanish Open, so if golf is your thing then you will be in heaven!)

Our family friendly Villa has been fitted out to the highest specifications with only the finest materials and fittings to make your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We offer air conditioning (mid-Apr to mid-Oct) and a heated pool (mid-Oct to mid-April). [Note: Also available other months upon request for a small fee, although local temperatures will make them unnecessary.]

Outside there is a private heated swimming pool with roman steps and a rail to aid getting in and out, shower facilities for use before and after the pool, and we can also arrange a safety fence for hire if requested. There is also an outdoor brick built kitchen with a sink and a built in BBQ that is accessed directly from the sitting room and dining room by patio doors. Once your meal is prepared, you can enjoy it in the covered outside dining area or on the relaxing outdoor sofa and chairs.

After your swim and meal, you can enjoy a drink at the outdoor bar (which also includes a refrigerator to keep your drinks cold), play a game of putt-putt on your own exclusive practice area, enjoy a game of pool on the new pool table, wash up in the indoor jacuzzi tub, play a board game with the family, or just curl up with a good book or take a nap in our Balinese style outdoor hut.

The views from the rooftop are truly breathtaking – with panoramic vistas of both the ocean and the mountains. The property is south facing for those who worship the sun and also has sheltered patios and covered terraces if you wish to escape the mid-day heat.

The inside of the villa has four bedrooms (a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, a twin room and a single bedroom with a bed and single sofa bed), two bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi tub), a living room, luxury dining area, and a large fully fitted kitchen. All of the furniture is locally sourced as we believe in supporting the local community. There is also high-speed internet, complimentary international TV, access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and other streaming platforms, and a range of books and family games for your enjoyment. We also include videogames, including access to hundreds of XBOX games (Game Pass) and dozens of PC games at 4K (Nvidia Geforce Now, think of Netflix for videogames). We even have Amazon Alex's and Google speakers in the house to add to your convenience and enjoyment!

Our villa is also family-friendly and includes a baby crib, changing pad, high chair, children's plates, cups, dishes, utensils, a fun play tent, and some games, especially for children.

We have designed everything to maximize your enjoyment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help make sure that Villa Las Meninas is one you will want to return to!
