Das Casa Palmer überblickt das 16. Green des Golfplatzes von Fuerteventura. Auf diesem Championship-Golfplatz fanden 2004 die Spanish Open statt. Die Villa hat einen fantastischen Blick auf das Fairway und von der Dachterrasse aus kann man einen herrlichen Meerblick genießen.

Der Außenbereich verfügt über einen privaten Pool (ohne Aufpreis beheizt), Liegestühle, einen Grill sowie einen Esstisch und Stühle im Freien. Es gibt sogar ein Übungs-Putting-Green zum Genießen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Es gibt ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Alle Zimmer haben Einbauschränke und Klimaanlage (und viele Kleiderbügel !!)

Es gibt eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen / Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Waschküche bietet zusätzlichen Zugang zu einer Waschmaschine.

Der Loungebereich bietet Blick auf den Pool und das 16. Green. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN und Mehrkanal-TV mit Filmen, Sky Sports sowie einen DVD-Player und einen BOSE-Lautsprecher für Musik.

Die Villa befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage mit Zugang zu allen lokalen Annehmlichkeiten - Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurants, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das Zentrum von Caleta De Fuste liegt ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Nach 10 Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Alantico Shopping Center & Beach. Wenn Sie ein Taxi bevorzugen, kostet es nur ca. 3/5 Euro pro Fahrt.

Die Villa liegt nur 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen entfernt und kostet ungefähr 15 Euro pro Fahrt.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Palmer, the Villa had everything we needed with a lovely view of the golf course and all day sun. The pool was great for the family and nice unexpected surprise that it was heated during our stay.We hired a car for convenience but the location of the villa is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and amenities.All in all we had great stay and would recommend to anyone seeking a relaxed stay with a great location near to all shops and restaurants.

Throughly enjoyed our return trip to Villa Palmers! Villa is just as advertised and absolutely amazing! 25 stars!!! Location is perfect for golf lovers and access to all amenities, beach a 10 min walk. Heated pool is a bonus with lots of comfortable chairs and sunbeds. Aircon in all bedrooms means everyone gets a comfortable nights sleep. So all in all a very relaxing stay. A car is not essential as airport is only a 15 min drive away but an advantage if you want to explore the island. Have booked a return trip already and can’t wait to return.

We had a lovely stay at the property, with a beautiful view over the golf course and close proximity to local amenities. We’ve been coming to Fuerteventura for over 25 years and have stayed in a lot of different villas in and around campo de golf and this one is in a great location, very close to the Atlantico Shopping Centre. We always hire a car, so it’s only a five-minute drive into the centre of Caleta or a no- to the shopping centre. The villa had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, a dishwasher, and all the essentials and we had everything we needed to feel very at home during our stay. There’s plenty of outdoor space with lots of sun beds and room to move around, which we really enjoyed.The only slight downside was the presence of quite a lot of ants, which we managed with ant powder and is absolutely not uncommon in Spain. Other than that, we weren’t disturbed at all which is lovely as you can totally relax. We did have a small electrical issue, but Steve came round very quickly, sorted it out, and was easy to communicate with and was absolutely brilliant and sorted a local electrician who made sure we had power and the issue was resolved - thanks so much Steve!The only improvement would be the pool — the lining has become discoloured from the sun and doesn’t look great. With that said, weather was gorgeous, the view was stunning, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent property would defiantly stay in the future.Peaceful , relaxing location overlooking the golf course.Good air conditioning.My only criticism being picky is the pool is stated as heated , it was according to the pool guy, but was minimal ,certainly not heated like six other villas we have stopped at in this area. The pool water was crystal clear but there was a heavy scum line which wouldn't take much cleaning with the correct products. The shower head where you should shower before entering and leaving the pool needed replacing /cleaning as the water only dribbled out and you were unable to shower off.Like i say that's being super critical and doesn't take away from the 5 star rating i have given the overall villa.We had a very enjoyable stay thank you!

Stunning 5 ⭐️ villa - beautiful location

We had an amazing week celebrating our Anniversary. This villa is stunning. Spacious rooms with welcome air conditioning. Located on edge of beautiful golf course so very peaceful when sitting by its lovely pool. You are only a short stroll away from Centre of Caleta and all it has to offer. Villa is absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable and luxurious. Definitely will be returning x

Fantastic chill out villa

We loved this villa. The views are awesome and the location is great - just a few minutes walk away from the Atlantico shopping centre and 15 minutes walk from the centre of Caleta. Really nice villa, plenty of room for all 6 adults. Great location short walk into main town / beaches or only 3 or 4 euros for taxi. Very clean and great pool. Communication with owner was faultless always prompt and helpful replies especially as original booking was affected by covid lockdown.

Excellent accommodation in an idyllic setting

Wonderful villa in a peaceful setting, equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. Outdoor area was excellent with lovely comfortable seats and beds for long lazy days. Another excellent stay here

Previously stayed for 4 nights back in Jan 2021 and finally made it back. Excellent property, very clean with heated pool and Air con in lounge and all bedrooms. A pleasure to communicate with Joanna and & Michal and all questions were promptly answered. We hired a car for the duration of our stay to explore other places this time, but you can walk to the Spar shop in around 10 - 15 mins if you wish. This is also where you can access the beach. I can highly recommend

Wonderful Villa for our winter sun break

We had a wonderful time in this Villa. It was beautiful inside and out and we could tell it was done with care. The pool was great and the area outside too. We loved the view over the golf course. The walk down by the sea into Caleta was lovely. Joanne was so helpful all the way through the process. Would thoroughly recommend!

Brilliant place, better than expected

Place was clean, tidy and larger than expected. It was in a quiet residential area that was close/walkable to everything. The view of the golf course was lovely but still wasn't really overlooked making it great. It had everything you would need and booking and communication was easy. The heated pool was great. If considering booking you would not be disappointed, go for it
