Hamptons renovated 1840 farm house w/heated pool

Our newly renovated 200 year old farm house comes with a large in-ground heated pool and a large backyard walking distance from the Bay, the Hamptons Jitney stop, and shops/ restaurants on main street of East Quogue. The house has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10 comfortably, up to 12 if needed.

The space
Our home features a large eat in kitchen with exposed wood beams. Wake up and have your coffee on the large front porch with lots of seating. Enjoy your dinners on the large back patio with a grill. Or enjoy your time at the pool's lounge and seating area.
The pool is available from May 1st to October 9th. Rent includes all utilities and pool heating.

Please note:
This is not a PARTY HOUSE.
House parties of a loud and destructive nature that may cause a nuisance to neighbors are not permitted. Noise level inside and while in the yard should be kept at a respectable level. Any disruptive and/or loud activities should end by 9:30 pm.
NO MORE THAN 4 CARS are allowed on a driveway at any time.
Guests not following these rules will forfeit their security deposit and pay damages.

If you are staying less than 2 weeks or are not a family, according to The Town of Southampton ordinance, you must be hosted.
