Nestled on an immaculately landscaped half-acre on a very desirable Village street, this beautiful home has everything for a perfect summer getaway.
Inside, 5 well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom; a living room with wood-burning fireplace; an eat-in kitchen with sunny breakfast table; a large family room with a flat-screen TV, pool table, ping pong, and wet bar, all provide ample living space for a family and house guests. Professionally decorated by interior design firm Davis Designs, the home features top of the line fabrics, linens, and details, as well as Subzero and Wolf appliances, Waterworks fixtures, and Carrara marble countertops.
On the grounds, a fully fenced-in, large heated Gunite pool sits surrounded by a wide bluestone patio with lounge chairs, sofa, cocktail seating, and a covered portico with a large table for outdoor dining, as well a gas grill. The lush tall hedges and hydrangea border ensure complete privacy outdoors. The property also includes a 50-year-old rose garden, a picnic table, a detached two-car garage, high-speed 1 gig internet, Central A/C, and TVs in most rooms, including Living Room, Family Room, and 3 of the bedrooms.
The 2,500 square foot home is within easy distance of both the charming Main Street of Southampton, with its many restaurants and shops, and world-renowned Ocean beaches- including Coopers Beach, voted each year among the best in the world.
Note: This is a family home. We do not allow parties, groups, or share houses. The house sleeps 10 but we allow a max of 8 adults. There are two master bedrooms, one staff room, and two children's rooms. Adults may not sleep in the bunk bed room. Additional fees will apply for any adults beyond the sixth adult. Please inquire prior to booking.
Beaches: The home does not come with beach passes; a pass for Coopers Beach can be purchased at the beach.
Pool: The pool is open from Memorial Day through Columbus Day in October each year. Enjoy!
