We had a great experience with 8 adults. It is a relatively short drive to town (15 minutes). Property is beautiful and was very clean. Appreciated we could kayak / paddle board right from the dock and the driveway accommodates cars well. Beautiful properties surround this property. Host was responsive.

Our family of 14 enjoyed a wonderful time on the river celebrating together. This home was perfect for our family and an unforgettable time was had by all! Very comfortable home along with a perfect fire pit area for gathering in the evenings. The kids loved fishing and swimming off of the dock too! Thank you Kai for a wonderful experience :)

Summer Trip With Friends

The house is amazing and even better than it looks in the photos. We were there with a group of 12 and there were plenty of spaces to sleep and hang out together with a good sized kitchen and living areas. The outside was beautiful with an amazing deck, dock and fire pit and the house is in a quiet area that is also not too far from town. Checkin and checkout was also extremely easy and the hosts were very helpful throughout the whole process. Would defined recommend.

The Perfect Lake Getaway

This rental has a lot to offer! From the beautiful house and property, to the extremely attentive and helpful Kai and his property management team. We were able to rent again for next summer, there were a few things we requested and he didn't hesitate to accommodate. This propert offers full sunrise to sunset views, with a great deck. The comfortable theatre room, epic fire pit, friendly neighbors and the extra suite over the garage with a gym made this property the perfect summer stay. Thank you to Kai and his team for a great stay, we will see you next year!

Amazing View

Our stay at this property overall was pretty good. We loved the view and having a dock to jump off of. The sleeping arrangments worked well for our party of 12. The movie theater was awesome. It was nice to put on a movie for the kids and have adult time. The deck was perfect to accommodate our large group with the tables and chairs. There are a few cons: There was garbage left from previous occupants in trash therefore there was not much room for ours. Whatever does not fit in the trash can you have to take with you so we left hauling a couple bags of our own trash. The floors were rather filthy with a lot of dead bugs. Within an hour after a shower walking around, feet were black. There were no papertowels provided or cleaning supplies so we had to buy our own. I expected a little more for the price, but overall we all had a great trip and made a lot of memories in this house.

But, before doing so, please know that our business strives for guest satisfaction; therefore, we have a crew always available to show up when anything needs attendance during your stay. Please call us ASAP, so we can make things right! We love our guests and want their needs met in a VERY timely manner! Regarding the garbage, we greatly apologize and are always happy to pick up the guests trash when the trash cans provided get full or close to full. We actually called and left a message on the guests voicemail asking if they needed us to come pick up trash but we unfortunately never received a call back. We wish this guest had contacted us earlier and given us a chance to help. Regarding the floors and kitchen supplies, 1-2 rolls of paper towels and basic cleaning supplies are usually always supplied and stocked for the guests to use as they need. We wish the guests would have given us a quick call and we would have delivered any supplies needed asap. Either way we greatly apologize and we have talked to our cleaning crew and we want to reassure future guests that this will not happen again. This property have everything you need for a wonderful, peaceful, yet active vacation. Plenty of space, river front, movie room, close to town. Kai was extremely helpful throughout. We rented a boat and kept it at the private dock. Close to the lake which we explored and really enjoyed Shooters! Highly recommend! We are sad to leave

The interior, exterior of the property, view, and location were all fantastic! We were able to rent a boat for a couple days and moor it at the dock, which was the highlight of the trip! The kids loved the movie room and the firepit for smores. The management team was responsive and friendly. The only downside was the house was missing a number of items: scissors, trivets, oven mitts, measuring spoons, a mop, etc. As we stayed 5 nights and cooked all our meals in the house, we did miss having these items. There were just enough of the basics (towels, blankets, pillows) but no extras. Overall, it just wasn't well stocked. The home and location made for an unforgettable vacation, and with a little better stocking of household items, we'd highly recommend it.
