Welcome to the Hayden Lake Chalet, a brand-new, modern lakeside retreat completed in July 2025. This stunning home combines comfort, adventure, and tranquility, making it the perfect getaway for families and groups. Located just minutes from Coeur d'Alene, this spacious home offers breathtaking water views, a private dock, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. Whether you're soaking up the sun, kayaking on the lake, or watching an occasional eagle soar overhead, your stay here will be unforgettable.
Key Features:
Sleeps 12 comfortably: 3 spacious bedrooms plus an extra room bed in the garage/basement. The primary suite features a king bed, and the other two bedrooms in the loft each have two queen beds. For a total of 6 beds.
3.5 bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, ensuring ample space for everyone to get ready in comfort.
Private dock + lake access: Enjoy direct access to Hayden Lake for boating, swimming, and fishing. Please note, the dock is located across the street from the house and requires 10 steps down to the stationary dock, and then a ramp down to the floating dock. The stationary dock has barstools and a bar top for eating, and additional seating. Two boat slips are available, and 2 kayaks + 1 paddleboard are included for your enjoyment. Please note, the boat slips are 21’ and 19’. Due to the neighbors dock location and close proximity, large boats are not recommended in the boat slip, but would be best tied up to the docks cleats on the exterior side of the dock. Please contact host for any specific questions regarding boat size and mooring.
Modern amenities: A fully stocked kitchen with a large island that seats 6, a dining area that also seats 6, and a spacious living room with a brand-new sectional. The large deck offers comfortable seating and dining space with stunning views of the lake.
Home theater: Enjoy movie nights in lower-level theater room. Please note, the theatre is located in the garage of the home. This is an unfinished space.
Fully equipped laundry room: Ideal for longer stays or if you're making the most of your time on the water.
The Layout:
Main Level (2nd Floor): Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with panoramic lake views. The primary bedroom includes a private en-suite bath, and there's also a guest half-bath with a laundry room on this floor as well. The living room has easy access to the large deck with stunning views.
Top Floor (3rd Floor/Loft): Two bedrooms, each with two queen beds (total of 4 queen beds). A full shared bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
Lower Level (Garage/Basement): This is a mostly unfinished space. There is an extra room in the basement with a queen bed, and full bathroom that are both finished, and a casual home theater is located in the garage. We kindly request that vehicles not be parked in the garage area.
Please note, the front door of the home can be accessed from the exterior stairway (see photo) or from the interior garage stairway. Stairs are required to access the main part of the house.
Everything in the chalet is brand new, from the mattresses and bedding to the furniture and appliances. Expect a high level of cleanliness and comfort throughout your stay.

Hayden Lake Marina offers boat rentals and is located less than a 1/2 mile away.
