Very beautiful and fun house for our family vacation. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Arcade area and pool table so fun for the kids. hot tub was great. Any minor issues that we had with the house were quickly addressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Beautiful views of Hayden lake! Patio and hot tub were great. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Lots of beds. Had to search for bedding, but plenty when found. We didn’t realize that the twin bedroom 4 was the fold outs in library or twin fold outs in retreat, which didn’t work out well for our group with all adults and couples, but retreat would work for smaller kids with parents. Host was great for communication. Nice place to stay!

My friends and I take a trip every year to a different city. We’ve been doing this trip for 15 years, and we all agreed that this was the nicest house we’ve stayed in so far. Absolutely beautiful property in a great neighborhood (friendly neighbors too). The view from the deck is incredible, that was definitely the thing that everyone loved the most. We spent a lot of time outside on that deck just enjoying the view. There is also a new hot tub that is top tier. I’ve literally never experienced a hot tub like that before, the massage jets are on another level. Overall the house is well equipped. Nice kitchen with plenty of clean dishes and glasses. Every single TV in the house is huge, and high end. I think the one in the living room is 85” which was amazing. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Note that the listed twin beds are actually futon chairs that fold down into a bed, but we made them work. In the basement, there is a nice pool table (with room to actually play) and a couple arcade games that we had some fun with. They have a bunch of different board games and puzzles too, lots of stuff to entertain. There is also a ton of parking if you need it, with a two car garage and a huge driveway. All in all, you really can’t beat this house. The location is great too, at the top of a hill in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to everything you could want to do in Coeur d’Alene. We had an amazing trip!
